100% human indian wavy hair wig manufacturers

When sourcing Indian hair, you must ensure it is 100% Remy Human Hair, meaning the cuticles are intact and aligned in one direction to prevent tangling. Verify the hair density (typically 150%, 180%, or 250%) to match your market's preference. For the 'Wavy' texture, confirm if it is steam-processed or natural; steam-processed waves hold shape better after washing. Additionally, check the lace type, prioritizing HD Lace or Transparent Swiss Lace for a seamless, natural hairline melt.

Request a Burn Test video from the supplier; human hair will turn to ash and smell like burning protein, while synthetic fibers melt into a hard bead. To check for Remy quality, perform a 'Finger Rub' test: sliding fingers up the hair shaft should feel slight resistance, while sliding down should be smooth. Ensure the wig is free from 'fallen hair' (non-remy), which is often treated with heavy silicone that washes off, leading to matting after 2-3 washes.

Ensure the supplier provides a Fumigation/Disinfection Certificate to prove the hair is free from parasites and pathogens. For the US and EU markets, verify that the dyes and chemical bleaches used meet REACH or local cosmetic safety standards to avoid scalp irritation. If you are branding the product, ensure the packaging complies with textile labeling acts, clearly stating '100% Human Hair' and the country of origin.

The internal construction should feature adjustable straps and combs for a secure fit. For wavy styles, the weft reinforcement is critical; look for double-machine wefts to minimize shedding. If the buyer intends to bleach the hair to #613 blonde, the hair must be 'Virgin' quality (unprocessed) to withstand the chemical lift without losing its structural integrity.

This is a common risk where samples are high quality but bulk orders contain synthetic fillers. Use Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading services and insist on a pre-shipment inspection. Hire a third-party inspector to perform a random strand test and density check before the final balance is paid.

For high-value, low-volume items like wigs, International Express (DHL, FedEx, or UPS) is preferred. While more expensive than sea freight, it offers door-to-door tracking and faster capital turnover. To save costs, request vacuum packaging to reduce the volumetric weight, which can lower shipping fees by up to 20-30%.

Focus on long-term consistency rather than just the lowest price. Ask for a tiered pricing structure based on weight (grams) and length. Negotiate for a small MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) for trial samples at wholesale prices. Professional buyers often negotiate a 'Shedding & Tangling Warranty' of at least 30 days to protect against manufacturing defects.

Verify the HS Code (typically 6704.20 for human hair wigs) to calculate specific import duties in your country. Ensure the Commercial Invoice accurately reflects the transaction value to avoid customs delays or penalties. Be aware that some regions have specific anti-dumping duties or restrictions on raw hair materials, so always confirm with a local customs broker.
