150t truck crane price manufacturers

When sourcing a 150t truck crane, the most critical factor is the load chart performance. You must verify the maximum lifting capacity at a specific radius and the full extension length of the main boom (typically 60-70 meters for this class). Additionally, check the engine power and torque (often sourced from brands like Cummins or Weichai) to ensure the carrier can handle heavy terrain. Ensure the hydraulic system utilizes high-pressure variable displacement pumps for smooth simultaneous movements.

For a 150t crane, compliance is non-negotiable. Ensure the product carries the CE Marking for European markets or ANSI/ASME B30.5 certification for North America. The crane must be equipped with a Load Moment Indicator (LMI) or Rated Capacity Limiter (RCL) that provides real-time data on boom angle, length, and load weight. Verify that the manufacturer follows ISO 9001 quality management and ISO 4301-1 for crane classification.

High-end 150t cranes often feature a U-shaped or rounded boom profile made from high-tensile steel (e.g., Weldox 960). This design reduces dead weight while increasing torsional resistance, allowing for higher lifting capacities at height. Look for single-cylinder pin interlocking telescoping systems, which are more reliable and lighter than older multi-cylinder rope systems, leading to lower maintenance costs and higher resale value.

A 150t crane usually requires a 5-axle or 6-axle carrier. Confirm the axle load distribution to ensure it meets the road regulations of your destination country. Features like all-wheel steering and multiple braking systems (ABS, engine brake, and retarder) are essential for maneuvering large equipment in confined construction sites or mountainous regions.

Always mandate a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) by a reputable third-party agency like SGS or TÜV. For heavy machinery like a 150t crane, request a video-recorded load test where the crane lifts 110% of its rated capacity. On Made-in-China.com, prioritize Audited Suppliers who have undergone comprehensive on-site verification of their manufacturing facilities.

Do not negotiate on the base price alone; instead, focus on the Total Package Value. Negotiate for the inclusion of essential wear-and-tear spare parts (filters, seals, wire ropes) for the first 2,000 hours of operation. Ask for extended powertrain warranties (e.g., 24 months instead of 12) and clarify if the price includes on-site commissioning and operator training by the manufacturer's engineers.

A 150t truck crane is an oversized cargo that cannot fit in standard containers. It must be shipped via Roll-on/Roll-off (RoRo) or Breakbulk vessels. Ensure the supplier provides a detailed rust-prevention plan, including the application of anti-corrosion wax, especially for sea transit. Confirm the Incoterms clearly; CIF or DAP is often preferred for buyers who want the supplier to manage the complex heavy-lift logistics.

Use Secured Payment services provided by professional B2B platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released upon proof of shipment. For large balances, consider using a Letter of Credit (L/C), which provides a bank-guaranteed payment structure based on the strict fulfillment of shipping and quality documentation.
