49tyd synchronous motor factory manufacturers

When selecting a 49TYD motor, you must prioritize rated voltage (typically 12V to 240V AC), input power (usually 4W-8W), and output speed (ranging from 1 to 60 RPM). Ensure the torque capacity meets your specific load requirements, as these motors are designed for constant speed regardless of load. Additionally, verify the rotation direction (CW, CCW, or CW/CCW reversible) and the shaft dimensions (D-shape, round, or threaded) to ensure mechanical compatibility with your equipment.

For global market entry, the factory must provide CE and RoHS certifications to ensure electrical safety and environmental compliance. If exporting to the North American market, UL or ETL recognition is highly recommended. For the Chinese domestic market or specific re-exports, CCC certification is standard. Always request ISO 9001:2015 documentation from the factory to verify their quality management system and production consistency.

These motors are widely used in electric fans (oscillation), microwave ovens (turntables), air conditioners (louvers), and display stands. A high-quality 49TYD motor should exhibit low noise levels (below 40-45dB) and a temperature rise of less than 60K during continuous operation. The insulation class should ideally be Class E or Class B to ensure a long service life, typically exceeding 5,000 to 10,000 hours of operation under rated conditions.

Request a breakdown of the gear material; metal gears offer higher durability and torque resistance, while plastic (POM) gears provide quieter operation at a lower cost. Ask the factory for salt spray test reports for the outer casing to ensure corrosion resistance, and verify that the copper winding is 100% pure copper rather than copper-clad aluminum (CCA) to prevent overheating and premature failure.

Utilize secure payment methods and consider third-party inspection services before final balance payment. On Made-in-China.com, look for 'Audited Suppliers' who have undergone on-site verification by independent inspection companies like SGS or TÜV Rheinland. This reduces the risk of dealing with 'trading shells' rather than actual manufacturing facilities.

The 49TYD is a high-volume commodity; therefore, price breaks usually occur at 1,000, 5,000, and 10,000 units. When negotiating, focus on the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), including spare parts (usually 1-2% FOC). If your initial volume is low, negotiate a sample fee rebate that applies to your first bulk order to reduce upfront costs.

Since synchronous motors contain permanent magnets, they may be classified as 'Magnetic Goods' for air freight. Ensure the factory uses magnetic shielding packaging if shipping by air to avoid delays or surcharges. For sea freight, ensure cartons are palletized and shrink-wrapped with moisture-absorbent silica gel packs to prevent coil corrosion during long transit times in humid maritime environments.

This is a critical failure point. You must specify both the Voltage (e.g., 110V vs 220V) and the Frequency (50Hz vs 60Hz). A motor designed for 50Hz will run 20% faster on a 60Hz grid, which can lead to overheating or mechanical failure. Always request a dual-frequency (50/60Hz) design if you plan to distribute the product globally.
