Adult game manufacturers

When sourcing adult games, prioritize FSC-certified paper and cardstock to ensure environmental sustainability. For components like dice or tokens, ensure they are made from non-toxic ABS plastic or eco-friendly wood. Since these are adult products, the focus is often on durability and finish; look for 300-350gsm core black cardstock with UV coating or linen finish to prevent wear during frequent play. Ensure the supplier complies with EN71 or ASTM standards if the product is sold in markets with strict chemical safety regulations.

Request a high-resolution digital proof and a physical pre-production sample to verify color accuracy (CMYK vs. Pantone). For adult games, discretion and print clarity are vital. Evaluate the stitching of playmats or the precision of die-cutting for cards to avoid frayed edges. Ensure the supplier uses offset printing for large batches to maintain consistent color across all units, and check for shrink-wrapping or custom seal stickers to guarantee the product is tamper-proof.

High-end sets should feature custom-molded inserts (EVA foam or plastic trays) to keep components organized. Look for magnetic closure boxes or telescope boxes (lid and base) made from 1200gsm greyboard for a premium feel. If the game involves digital elements, verify the compatibility of QR codes or companion apps. For party-style adult games, portability and water-resistant coatings on cards are significant value-adds.

Choose suppliers who offer OEM/ODM services and have experience with complex assemblies. Ask if they provide automated packing lines to ensure that every box contains the exact number of cards and components, reducing the risk of missing pieces. Suppliers listed on Made-in-China.com often have R&D teams that can help optimize your game's layout for better economic feasibility and lower shipping volumes.

Adult games often contain proprietary artwork or sensitive themes. Ensure you sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before sharing designs. Verify that the supplier has a clean record regarding IP infringement. When shipping to conservative regions, consult with a customs broker to ensure the content does not violate local decency laws, which could lead to seizure of goods.

Focus on tiered pricing based on volume; for card games, the unit cost drops significantly at 1,000, 3,000, and 5,000 units due to plate-making costs. Negotiate for free spare parts (extra cards or dice) to account for potential shipping damage. Use Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading services to protect your payment until the goods pass a third-party quality inspection.

Board games can be heavy and prone to corner damage. Insist on double-walled corrugated export cartons and plastic corner protectors for every pallet. For large volumes, Sea Freight (FCL/LCL) is the most cost-effective, but ensure you factor in peak season surcharges. Always request DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms if you want the supplier to handle all customs clearances and local taxes.

Always conduct a factory audit or request a VR showroom tour via the supplier's profile. Check for Audit Reports issued by reputable firms like SGS or Intertek. Avoid direct wire transfers to unverified accounts; instead, use the escrow payment systems provided by professional B2B platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released upon proof of shipment.
