Air oil cylinders price manufacturers

The price is primarily driven by the Output Force (Tonnage), which typically ranges from 1 to 50 tons, and the Stroke Length. Buyers must specify the Total Stroke versus the Power Stroke (the high-pressure portion), as longer power strokes require more complex internal oil-gas isolation systems. Additionally, the Operating Pressure (usually 0.2–0.7 MPa) and the Cylinder Bore Diameter are critical for ensuring the unit integrates with existing pneumatic lines without requiring expensive compressor upgrades.

High-quality cylinders utilize Hard Chrome-Plated Piston Rods and Honed Steel Tubing to minimize friction and prevent corrosion. For the sealing system, look for imported seals (e.g., Parker or SKF), which significantly reduce the risk of oil leakage—a common failure point in low-cost units. Investing in Self-Lubricating Bearings can extend the service life to over 10 million cycles, reducing the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) despite a higher initial purchase price.

Suppliers should demonstrate compliance with ISO 6431 or ISO 15552 for mounting dimensions to ensure global interchangeability. For the European market, CE Marking is essential, particularly regarding the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED). Ensure the manufacturer performs 100% Pressure Testing and provides a Factory Test Report to verify that the cylinder can handle 1.5 times its rated pressure without structural deformation.

These cylinders are ideal for applications requiring high force but low energy consumption, such as metal stamping, riveting, extrusion, and plastic injection. They are a cost-effective alternative to pure hydraulic systems because they do not require a hydraulic pump station, saving space and reducing maintenance costs by up to 40%.

Always request a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI). You can hire third-party agencies to verify the Pressure Holding Test (ensuring no pressure drop over 30 minutes). On Made-in-China.com, prioritize Audited Suppliers who have undergone on-site factory verifications by independent bodies like SGS or TÜV Rheinland to ensure their production capacity matches your order volume.

Focus on Volume-Based Pricing; most manufacturers offer a 10-20% discount for orders exceeding 20 units. Instead of just pushing for a lower unit price, negotiate for Spare Seal Kits or Extended Warranties (e.g., 24 months instead of 12). This adds value and protects your investment against early-stage component failure.

Air Oil Cylinders are often shipped without oil to comply with International Air Transport Association (IATA) regulations regarding hazardous liquids. Ensure the supplier plugs all ports with airtight caps and uses VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) packaging to prevent rust during sea freight. For heavy tonnage cylinders, Reinforced Plywood Crating is mandatory to prevent structural damage during transit.

Utilize Secured Payment Services provided by reputable B2B platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released upon proof of shipment. Avoid direct wire transfers to private accounts. Always verify that the Beneficiary Name on the invoice matches the Registered Company Name on the supplier's business license.
