Arsenal football jersey manufacturers

Professional-grade jerseys should utilize moisture-wicking polyester fabrics (often referred to as 'Dry-Fit' or 'AeroReady' styles) that ensure breathability. Look for interlock stitching for durability and mesh ventilation panels under the arms or on the back to enhance airflow. For 'Player Version' replicas, ensure the fabric has a lightweight, heat-pressed athletic fit, whereas 'Fan Versions' should feature embroidered crests for longevity.

Suppliers should comply with OEKO-TEX Standard 100 to ensure the textiles are free from harmful chemicals. For jerseys intended for the US market, verify CPSIA compliance regarding lead content in heat-transfer prints. Additionally, ensure the colorfastness rating is Grade 4 or higher to prevent bleeding during high-temperature washes.

Most professional manufacturers on Made-in-China.com offer OEM/ODM services, including sublimation printing for custom names and numbers, TPU heat-applied badges, and custom neck tapes. You should also request custom hangtags and polybag packaging with your brand's barcode to facilitate immediate retail integration.

Sizing varies significantly between Asian, European, and American scales. You must request a detailed size chart in centimeters and confirm the 'tolerance' (usually +/- 1.5cm). It is highly recommended to order a full size-run sample set before mass production to verify the 'Athletic Fit' versus 'Regular Fit' dimensions.

Sourcing jerseys with official logos requires proper licensing authorization. To mitigate risk, ensure your supplier has the legal right to produce branded apparel or focus on 'unbranded' teamwear designs where you can apply your own custom branding. Be aware that customs authorities may seize goods that infringe on registered trademarks without proof of authorization.

Utilize Secured Trading Services provided by Made-in-China.com to protect your payment until delivery. Always hire a third-party inspection agency (like SGS or Intertek) to perform a 'During Production Check' (DUPRO) and a 'Final Random Inspection' (FRI) to verify stitching quality, logo alignment, and fabric weight before the balance payment is made.

For time-sensitive launches (e.g., start of the Premier League season), Air Freight or Express (DHL/FedEx) is preferred, taking 5-7 days. For bulk stock replenishment, Sea Freight (LCL or FCL) is more cost-effective but requires a 4-6 week lead time. Always clarify the Incoterms (FOB or DDP) to understand who handles import duties and local clearance.

Focus on tiered pricing based on volume; for example, orders over 500 pieces should yield a 15-20% discount compared to the sample price. Negotiate for free pre-production samples and ask for a 2-3% 'defect allowance' or spare units to cover any minor manufacturing inconsistencies found upon arrival.
