Baby on board sticker manufacturers

For B2B sourcing, prioritize weather-resistant vinyl (PVC) with a thickness of at least 0.1mm. Ensure the material is UV-protected to prevent fading under direct sunlight and uses waterproof inks. For temporary options, magnetic sheets with a minimum thickness of 0.5mm are preferred to ensure they remain attached at high speeds.

The primary function is safety, so stickers must feature high-contrast colors (typically signal yellow and black). Reflective coatings (Grade EGP or higher) are highly recommended to ensure visibility during night driving. The standard size is usually 12cm x 12cm or 15cm x 15cm to ensure it is legible from a distance of 20 meters without obstructing the driver's rear view.

There are three main types: Suction cups, which are easy to reposition but can lose suction in extreme temperatures; Self-adhesive vinyl, which is the most durable and wind-resistant but harder to remove; and Magnetic backing, which is ideal for metal surfaces but requires a clean surface to prevent paint scratches. For bulk retail, suction cup versions often have higher sell-through rates due to their non-permanent nature.

Yes, since these products are used in environments with children, they should comply with REACH (EU) or CPSIA (US) standards, specifically ensuring they are Phthalate-free and Lead-free. If the product includes a suction cup, ensure it meets small parts safety regulations to prevent choking hazards.

Look for 'Audited Suppliers' who have undergone on-site inspections by third-party institutions like SGS or TÜV Rheinland. Check their 'Full Audit Report' to verify their production capacity and quality control processes. Prioritize suppliers with at least 3-5 years of experience in the printing or automotive accessory industry.

Magnetic products can interfere with aircraft navigation systems. If shipping by air, you must ensure the supplier provides a Magnetic Inspection Report. For large sea freight orders, this is less of a concern, but you should ensure anti-demagnetization packaging is used to prevent the stickers from sticking to the container walls or other cargo.

For custom designs (OEM), the MOQ typically ranges from 500 to 1,000 pieces. Negotiate for a pre-production sample (usually $30-$50) to verify color accuracy and adhesive strength. Request a unit price discount of 10-15% if the order exceeds 5,000 units, as the setup cost for die-cutting and printing plates is amortized over larger volumes.
