China 24 lcd led tv manufacturers

When sourcing a 24-inch LED TV, prioritize Resolution (typically HD 1366x768 or Full HD 1920x1080) to ensure image clarity. Check the Panel Type (IPS for wider viewing angles or VA for better contrast) and ensure the Brightness levels are at least 180-250 cd/m². For connectivity, verify the inclusion of HDMI 2.0 ports, USB 2.0, and VGA inputs to maintain compatibility with various peripheral devices.

Compliance is critical for market entry. For the US market, ensure FCC certification and Energy Star ratings. For the European Union, products must have CE marking, RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances), and ERP (Energy-related Products) directives. If shipping to Africa or the Middle East, look for CB Scheme certificates or SASO (Saudi Arabia) compliance to avoid customs clearance issues.

Request the supplier to provide the Panel Brand (e.g., BOE, LG, or Innolux) as the panel accounts for 60-70% of the TV's cost. Ask for the Grade A or A+ rating to ensure zero dead pixels. Verify the Backlight Life Span, which should ideally be ≥30,000 hours, and request a High-Temperature Aging Test report to ensure stability under prolonged operation.

For B2B buyers, customization is key for branding. Ensure the supplier can provide Silk-screen Logo printing, Customized Boot Logos (UI), and Bespoke Packaging Design. Additionally, confirm if they can adapt the Tuner System (DVB-T2/S2 for Europe/Africa, ISDB-T for South America, or ATSC for North America) to match your target region's broadcasting standards.

The primary risk for 24-inch TVs is panel breakage. Insist on Double-Wall Corrugated Cartons and High-Density EPE Foam (not just bubble wrap). For LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments, require Palletization with Plastic Wrap and Corner Protectors. It is highly recommended to use Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading services to ensure the goods are inspected before final payment.

TV margins are thin, so focus on Volume-Based Tiered Pricing. A typical MOQ for a 24-inch TV is 500 to 1,000 units for full OEM. To get better pricing, offer a Rolling Forecast of your annual needs. Always negotiate for 1% to 2% FOC (Free of Charge) spare parts, such as mainboards, power strips, and remote controls, to handle local after-sales repairs.

Before transferring large sums, verify the supplier's Business License and Export Qualification. Use Made-in-China.com's 'Audited Supplier' reports to check their factory size, production capacity, and R&D capabilities. Utilize Escrow-based payment terms where funds are only released upon proof of Bill of Lading (B/L) or successful third-party pre-shipment inspection.

For bulk electronics, Sea Freight (FCL - Full Container Load) is the most economical method. A 40HQ container can fit approximately 2,500 to 3,000 units of 24-inch TVs (depending on packaging). If you are testing a new market, consider Sea-plus-Delivery (LDP/DDP) terms to simplify customs clearance and inland logistics in the destination country.
