Curtain magnet door mosquito net manufacturers

When sourcing mosquito nets, prioritize High-Density Polyester Mesh or Fiberglass Mesh. Fiberglass is generally more fire-resistant and durable against pet claws. Ensure the mesh density is at least 18x16 strands per square inch to effectively block small insects like midges while maintaining optimal airflow and visibility.

Look for a continuous magnetic strip combined with strong individual magnets rather than just intermittent magnetic blocks. This ensures a seamless, automatic 'snap-shut' effect and prevents gaps. The magnets should be sewn into the reinforced fabric edge to prevent them from falling out or shifting over time.

Ensure the product includes full-frame Hook & Loop (Velcro) tape rather than small adhesive strips, as this provides a stronger bond to the door frame. For heavy-duty applications, the inclusion of extra push pins for wooden frames is a significant value-add. The top header should be widened (approx. 4cm) to support the weight of the curtain and prevent sagging.

For the EU market, ensure materials comply with REACH regulations regarding chemical substances. For the US market, check for CPAI-84 or NFPA 701 flame retardancy standards. Additionally, verify that the magnets are securely encased to meet child safety standards and prevent ingestion hazards.

Always request a pre-shipment inspection (PSI). Focus on the magnet strength, stitching alignment, and adhesive quality of the Velcro. Using Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading services can provide an extra layer of protection, ensuring that payment is only released when the goods meet the agreed-upon specifications.

Negotiate based on seasonal demand cycles; purchasing during the 'off-season' (late autumn/winter) can yield 10-15% discounts. For MOQs, suggest a tiered pricing structure where the price drops significantly at the 1,000, 5,000, and 10,000 unit marks. Ask for customized packaging (OEM) to be included in the bulk price to increase your brand value.

Since magnets are involved, ensure the supplier uses magnetic shielding packaging if shipping via air freight to comply with IATA PI953 regulations. For sea freight, ensure the cartons are double-walled and moisture-proof to prevent the adhesive tape from losing its tackiness during long transit times in humid containers.

Provide the supplier with a detailed size chart covering standard dimensions for your target market (e.g., 90x210cm for Europe, 36x82in for the US). Request adjustable or 'trim-to-fit' designs if you want to reduce the number of SKUs you need to hold in stock, which improves inventory turnover rates.
