Electric sex toys manufacturers

Buyers must ensure products are made from medical-grade silicone, phthalate-free TPE, or non-porous ABS plastic. It is critical to verify RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) and REACH compliance to ensure the absence of heavy metals and toxic softeners. Always request Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) to confirm biocompatibility and skin safety.

Since these are electric devices, they must carry CE (EMC/LVD) for the European market and FCC for the United States. For battery-operated units, UN38.3 and MSDS certifications are mandatory for air and sea freight. Ensure the internal lithium batteries have overcharge and short-circuit protection to prevent thermal runaway.

Professional sourcing should target an IPX7 rating, which allows for immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. For basic splash resistance, IPX4 is acceptable. Buyers should request factory test reports showing vacuum leak tests or immersion tests to validate these claims before bulk shipment.

Focus on brushless motors for quieter operation (ideally below 50dB) and longer lifespans. The frequency range should offer at least 7-10 vibration modes. For rechargeable models, prioritize magnetic charging interfaces over DC jacks to maintain superior waterproofing and reduce mechanical wear.

Customs regulations for adult products vary significantly by country. Use neutral packaging and ensure the HS Code (typically 9019.10 or 9503.00) is correctly declared. Avoid explicit imagery on outer cartons. It is highly recommended to consult with a specialized freight forwarder on Made-in-China.com who understands the specific 'decency laws' of the destination country.

Conduct a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) focusing on the battery cycle life and noise levels. Because these items are intimate, the AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) for surface defects should be set strictly at 0 major / 1.5 minor. Ensure the factory has ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 (medical device) certification for higher quality assurance.

Always utilize secure payment services provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released after the shipping documents are verified. Avoid direct wire transfers to private accounts. For first-time orders, use Escrow-based systems to protect your capital against non-delivery or sub-standard goods.

Electric toys are classified as 'Dangerous Goods' (DG) due to lithium batteries. You must use carriers that provide DG shipping channels. Shipping via Sea Freight (LCL/FCL) is more cost-effective for bulk orders, but ensure the containers are kept in cool, dry conditions to prevent battery degradation during transit.
