Emaux salt water chlorinator price manufacturers

When comparing prices, you must focus on the chlorine output (grams per hour) and the maximum pool volume the unit can handle. Higher output models (e.g., SSC50-E for up to 150,000 liters) will naturally command a higher price than entry-level models (e.g., SSC15-E for 45,000 liters). Additionally, verify if the price includes the self-cleaning cell (reverse polarity) feature, which significantly reduces maintenance costs and extends the lifespan of the titanium plates.

The heart of the chlorinator is the titanium cell. Ensure the supplier specifies the grade of titanium and the ruthenium/iridium coating thickness. While a lower-priced unit might seem attractive, a high-quality cell with a working life of 10,000 to 15,000 hours offers a much better Return on Investment (ROI) by delaying expensive cell replacements. Always ask for the replacement cell price upfront to calculate the total cost of ownership.

Since the device operates near water, safety compliance is non-negotiable. Ensure the product carries CE certification for the European market or UL/ETL listing for North America. The control box should have an IPX4 or higher waterproof rating to withstand outdoor installation environments. Furthermore, check for RoHS compliance to ensure the electronic components are free from hazardous substances.

Yes, buyers should confirm if the price includes unions and pipe connectors (typically 50mm or 1.5 inches). Some 'budget' listings may exclude the flow switch or the salt level sensors, which are critical for preventing the unit from running dry and burning out the cell. Integrating these units into an existing automated pool management system may require specific RS485 or Modbus communication ports, which might be an optional add-on.

The biggest risks are product authenticity and shipping damage. To mitigate these, source exclusively from Verified Suppliers on Made-in-China.com who can provide factory audit reports. For shipping, ensure the delicate titanium cells are packed in custom-molded foam and high-strength corrugated boxes to prevent micro-cracks during transit.

Focus on tiered pricing based on annual volume rather than a single transaction. Request a spare parts kit (O-rings, fuses, and sensors) to be included at no extra cost for orders exceeding 20 units. You can also negotiate for OEM branding if your volume meets the supplier's threshold, allowing you to build brand equity in your local market.

Always utilize Secured Trading Services provided by Made-in-China.com. Avoid direct wire transfers to private accounts. Use Letter of Credit (L/C) for large-scale wholesale orders to ensure payment is only released upon verification of shipping documents and third-party pre-shipment inspection (PSI).

Be aware of Anti-Dumping Duties (ADD) or specific import tariffs on electronic water treatment goods in your country. For shipping, Sea Freight (FCL/LCL) is most cost-effective for these heavy units, but ensure the supplier provides a Certificate of Origin (CO) to help you benefit from any existing Free Trade Agreements (FTA) that could reduce your customs duties.
