Full silicone sex doll factory manufacturers

While TPE is cheaper, Full Silicone is the premium choice for B2B buyers due to its superior durability, heat resistance, and realistic skin texture. Silicone does not leak oil, is hypoallergenic, and has a much longer shelf life, making it more suitable for high-end retail and long-term inventory storage.

Ensure the doll features a multi-axis stainless steel or aluminum alloy skeleton. High-quality factories provide EVO skeletons with upgraded joints that allow for a wider range of motion and better weight distribution. Verify that the joints are bolt-locked to prevent internal clicking or structural failure during use.

Products must be BPA-free and comply with REACH (EU) or California Proposition 65 (US) regarding phthalates and heavy metals. Since these are skin-contact items, requesting a Medical Grade Silicone Certification or an SGS Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) is essential for legal importation and consumer safety.

Professional factories offer OEM/ODM services including custom head sculpts, skin tones (using pigment injection), and body proportions. Advanced options include integrated heating systems, AI voice modules, and realistic 'standing feet' upgrades which significantly increase the retail value and market competitiveness.

To ensure smooth customs clearance, use neutral descriptions such as 'Soft Silicone Mannequin' or 'Art Model' under the HS Code 96180000. Avoid explicit terminology on outer packaging. Always check the specific import regulations of the destination country, as some regions have strict 'decency' laws that may lead to seizure.

Focus on the Net Weight vs. Gross Weight; higher weight usually indicates higher silicone density and quality. Negotiate for spare parts kits (repair glue, cleaning tools, extra wigs) to be included in the unit price. For bulk orders, aim for a 15-20% discount compared to sample prices, and insist on a pre-shipment video inspection of the specific units being sent.

Utilize secure payment methods and prioritize suppliers on Made-in-China.com who have undergone Audited Supplier verification. This ensures the factory actually exists and has the production capacity claimed. Always use Trade Assurance or similar escrow services to protect your funds until the goods are verified by a third-party inspector.

Due to the weight (typically 30-50kg per unit), Sea Freight (LCL) is the most economical for bulk orders, though it requires robust wooden crate packaging to prevent compression damage. For urgent samples, Air Freight with specialized 'Overweight' handling is necessary. Ensure the factory uses discreet, plain brown corrugated boxes with no branding to protect privacy and reduce theft risk.
