Gummy candies factory manufacturers

When investing in a gummy factory setup, you must prioritize the automation level and output capacity. Key components include the cooking system (dissolving tank), depositing machine, and cooling tunnel. Ensure the depositor uses servo-driven technology for precise weight control and shape consistency. For high-efficiency production, look for machines with a capacity of 150kg/h to 600kg/h depending on your scale. Additionally, the material must be food-grade SUS304 or SUS316 stainless steel to prevent corrosion and ensure hygiene.

Compliance is non-negotiable in food production. The machinery must adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards to ensure a sanitary environment. For the European market, CE certification is required, while for the US, components should meet FDA-compliant material standards. If you are producing functional or medicated gummies, the equipment must support precise dosing systems and be easy to clean to prevent cross-contamination, often requiring CIP (Clean-In-Place) systems.

To maximize ROI, choose a modular production line that can handle various gelling agents like gelatin, pectin, or carrageenan. The mold system should be quick-change (Quick-Release), allowing you to switch between shapes (bears, rings, 3D shapes) in under 30 minutes. If you plan to produce center-filled or multi-color gummies, ensure the depositor has double-hopper or triple-hopper capabilities.

A gummy factory requires a controlled environment with dehumidification systems, as gummies are highly sensitive to humidity during the drying phase (ideally RH <30%). You must also verify the power requirements (3-phase 380V/415V) and ensure a stable supply of compressed air and steam (or electric heating) for the cooking process. Waste water management protocols should also be established to handle sugar-heavy runoff.

Always conduct a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) before shipment. You can hire a third-party inspection agency (like SGS or Intertek) to verify the machine's operation using your specific recipe. On Made-in-China.com, prioritize Audited Suppliers who have undergone on-site verification of their manufacturing capabilities and financial standing.

Focus on the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just the initial price. Negotiate for a comprehensive spare parts package (wearable parts for 2 years) and extended warranty periods. Request a detailed breakdown of installation costs, including whether the supplier provides on-site engineer commissioning and staff training, which are critical for complex food lines.

Use CIF or DAP Incoterms if you want the supplier to handle the complexities of international shipping, but ensure the machinery is packed in vacuum-sealed plastic and reinforced wooden crates to prevent sea-salt corrosion. For installation, ensure the contract specifies remote technical support via AR or video if physical travel for engineers is restricted by international trade policies.

Utilize secure payment escrow services provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released upon proof of shipment (Bill of Lading). Avoid direct wire transfers to private accounts; always use corporate accounts verified by the platform to prevent fraud.
