Infrared massage comb price manufacturers

When evaluating technical performance, focus on the wavelength of the infrared light, typically ranging from 620nm to 660nm for effective scalp stimulation. Ensure the device features high-frequency vibration motors (at least 5,000 to 8,000 RPM) to enhance blood circulation. Additionally, check the material of the comb teeth; anti-static materials or liquid-dispensing tanks (for hair growth serums) add significant value to the product's functionality.

As an electronic personal care device, the product must hold CE, RoHS, and FCC certifications to ensure electromagnetic compatibility and chemical safety. For the North American market, FDA Class I or II registration may be required if the product makes medical claims regarding hair regrowth. Always verify that the lithium battery has UN38.3 and MSDS reports to facilitate legal and safe international shipping.

The price of an Infrared Massage Comb is primarily driven by battery capacity (mAh), the number of LED beads, and shell finish (UV coating vs. spray paint). For B2B procurement, target a Unit Price between $5 and $15 for mid-range models at a MOQ of 500-1,000 units. To optimize costs, request DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) quotes to compare the total landed cost against local wholesale benchmarks.

This product is highly effective for hair loss prevention clinics, beauty salons, and home-use electronic retailers. It appeals to the anti-aging and wellness demographics. Suppliers who offer OEM/ODM services, such as custom logo printing and bespoke gift box packaging, are preferred for buyers looking to build a private label brand in the e-commerce space.

Implement a strict Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) protocol. Hire a third-party agency to conduct a Functionality Test on at least 10% of the batch, focusing on battery charging stability and infrared light intensity. Ensure your contract includes a Defective Rate Clause, stipulating that if the failure rate exceeds 2%, the supplier must provide replacements or a refund for the affected units.

Start by verifying the supplier's 'Audited Supplier' status on Made-in-China.com to ensure they have been verified by independent inspection companies like SGS or Intertek. When negotiating, do not just push for the lowest price; instead, negotiate for better packaging (to prevent transit damage) or a longer warranty period (12-24 months). This demonstrates professional intent and ensures long-term product reliability.

Infrared massage combs contain integrated lithium batteries, which are classified as Dangerous Goods (Class 9) if not handled correctly. Ensure the supplier uses specialized battery-compliant logistics channels. For small to medium batches, Air Express (DHL/FedEx) is fastest, but for bulk orders, Sea Freight with a 'Battery Declaration' is more cost-effective. Always confirm the HS Code (typically 8543.70) to accurately calculate import duties.

Always use Secured Payment services provided by Made-in-China.com to protect your funds until the goods are shipped. Avoid making full payments upfront; a standard industry practice is a 30% deposit and 70% balance payment after the presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L) or a successful inspection report. This keeps the leverage in the buyer's hands.
