One donor vietnamese hair manufacturers

One donor hair refers to hair harvested from a single individual, ensuring that all cuticles are aligned in the same direction (Remi/Remy). This consistency prevents tangling and matting. Vietnamese hair is specifically prized for being naturally thick, silky, and strong, as the local diet and climate contribute to hair health. For B2B buyers, this means higher product longevity (2-5 years) and better customer satisfaction compared to multi-donor floor hair.

Buyers should focus on Double Drawn or Super Double Drawn grades, which indicate the percentage of full-length hairs in a bundle (ensuring thick ends). Verify the weight per bundle (typically 100g) and ensure the hair has not undergone harsh chemical processing or acid baths. For colored hair, confirm that the pigmentation is stable and the hair remains elastic after bleaching to #613 blonde.

Ensure the supplier provides a Certificate of Origin to prove the hair is authentically sourced from Vietnam. Look for ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality management systems. Additionally, check for Health Certificates or fumigation certificates if required by your local customs to ensure the biological safety of the human hair products.

Perform a Burn Test: human hair turns to ash and smells like burning protein, while synthetic fibers melt into a hard bead. Check the cuticle integrity by sliding fingers up and down the hair shaft; authentic one-donor hair will have a slight resistance in one direction. Furthermore, high-quality Vietnamese hair should hold a curl and respond to heat styling just like natural growing hair.

The primary risk is 'bait and switch', where samples are high quality but bulk orders contain 'fallen hair' or synthetic fillers. To mitigate this, use Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading services and request a pre-shipment inspection. Another risk is weight cheating, so always specify that the 100g weight must exclude the weight of the rubber bands or packaging.

Vietnamese suppliers are often open to sample orders (MOQ of 3-5 bundles). For bulk orders exceeding 5kg, negotiate for a 5-10% wholesale discount. Focus the negotiation on long-term partnership value rather than just the lowest price, as extremely low prices usually indicate a compromise in hair purity or cuticle alignment.

Use express carriers like FedEx, DHL, or UPS for hair, as they offer reliable tracking and faster customs clearance for high-value lightweight goods. Ensure the commercial invoice clearly states '100% Human Hair' and includes the correct HS Code (6703.00) to avoid delays. For large shipments to the US or EU, be aware of specific import duties and ensure all biological safety documentation is attached.

Always conduct transactions through reputable B2B platforms like Made-in-China.com to utilize their escrow-like payment protections. Avoid direct wire transfers to private accounts. Prioritize Audited Suppliers who have undergone third-party verification of their facilities and business licenses to ensure they are a legitimate factory rather than a middleman.
