Pe400*600 jaw crusher price manufacturers

The PE400*600 model is a standard primary crusher. You must verify that the feed opening size is exactly 400x600mm. Ensure the maximum feeding size is ≤340mm to prevent blockages. The discharge opening adjustment range should typically fall between 40-100mm to meet your specific output requirements. Additionally, confirm the motor power is 30kW, which is the industry standard for this specific model to ensure optimal crushing force.

Focus on the wear parts, specifically the jaw plates. High-quality suppliers use High Manganese Steel (Mn13Cr2 or Mn18Cr2) for the moving and fixed jaw plates to extend service life. Inquire about the eccentric shaft material, which should be 45# steel or forged steel for high fatigue resistance. Also, check if the frame is a welded structure or a casting; for heavy-duty mining, a reinforced welded frame often provides better stress distribution.

For global trade, the equipment must have CE Certification for the European market or meet OSHA standards for the US. Ensure the manufacturer is ISO 9001:2015 certified to guarantee consistent production quality. Safety features such as protective guards for the flywheel and V-belts, as well as emergency stop mechanisms, are non-negotiable for site safety compliance.

The theoretical capacity for a PE400*600 jaw crusher ranges from 16 to 64 tons per hour (t/h), depending on the hardness of the material and the discharge setting. You should request a capacity curve chart from the supplier. Note that moisture content (>5%) and high clay content in the raw material can significantly reduce throughput, so factor these into your economic feasibility study.

Always arrange for a third-party pre-shipment inspection (PSI) through agencies like SGS or Bureau Veritas. Request a video of the 'dry run' (no-load test) before final payment to ensure the eccentric shaft rotates smoothly without abnormal noise or vibration. On Made-in-China.com, prioritize Audited Suppliers who have had their facilities and business licenses verified by independent inspectors.

For a PE400*600 crusher, prices usually range from $5,000 to $9,000 depending on the configuration. Negotiate for a spare parts package (e.g., an extra set of jaw plates and toggle plates) to be included in the price. Use Secured Payment terms or a Letter of Credit (L/C) for large orders to ensure funds are only released upon proof of shipment.

Due to the weight (approx. 6.5 to 7 tons), the unit is typically shipped via 20GP container or Flat Rack. Ensure the supplier uses seaworthy packaging, including anti-rust oil coating on machined surfaces and heavy-duty wooden skids bolted to the container floor. Clarify the Incoterms; CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) is often preferred by buyers new to heavy machinery to simplify the logistics process to their local port.

Confirm the supplier provides a detailed foundation drawing and an English-language operation manual. Ask if they offer remote video installation guidance. Top-tier suppliers will provide a 12-month warranty on core components (excluding wear parts) and maintain a digital inventory of spare parts to ensure fast global dispatch if a breakdown occurs.
