Real doll sex price manufacturers

TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) is the most common material due to its soft, skin-like texture and cost-effectiveness, though it is porous and requires regular powdering. Silicone is a premium option that is non-porous, heat-resistant, and highly durable, making it easier to sanitize and less prone to staining, albeit at a higher price point.

Ensure the doll features a stainless steel or high-strength aluminum alloy skeleton with multi-axis articulated joints. This allows for a wide range of realistic motion and ensures the doll can support its own weight in various positions without the frame snapping or piercing the outer material.

B2B buyers must request ROHS and REACH certification to ensure the materials are free from harmful phthalates and heavy metals. Since these products have prolonged skin contact, verifying medical-grade material compliance is essential to prevent skin irritation and ensure long-term user safety.

Professional suppliers on Made-in-China.com usually offer customization for eye color, hair style (wig or implanted), skin tone, and height. For high-end procurement, you can also request integrated heating systems, internal voice modules, or AI-driven conversational capabilities to increase the product's market value.

Customs policies for adult-themed items vary significantly by country. It is critical to verify the legality of importing adult dolls in your specific region. Use discreet packaging and ensure the HS Code (typically 9503.00 or 3926.90) is declared correctly to avoid seizures or heavy fines at the border.

Due to the weight (often 30-50kg) and fragility of the internal frame, products should be shipped in reinforced wooden crates or heavy-duty double-corrugated boxes with custom-fit foam inserts. For international shipping, Sea Freight (LCL) is the most economical, but ensure the supplier uses moisture-proof vacuum sealing to prevent mold during transit.

Always prioritize Audited Suppliers on Made-in-China.com who have undergone third-party verification (like SGS or Intertek). Utilize Secured Payment services to ensure funds are only released after you have received and inspected the goods, and always request a pre-shipment inspection video showing the specific unit you purchased.

Negotiate based on volume tiers; typically, a 10-unit order can reduce the per-unit price by 15-20%. You can also lower costs by ordering 'head-only' or 'body-only' components if you have local assembly capabilities, or by opting for standardized features rather than full customization.
