Real doll sex toy manufacturers

When sourcing real dolls, the choice between TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) and Silicone is critical. TPE is more cost-effective, offers a softer, more skin-like texture, and is highly elastic, making it popular for entry-level to mid-range markets. However, it is porous and requires regular powdering to prevent stickiness. Silicone is a premium, non-porous material that is heat-resistant, easier to sanitize, and has a longer lifespan, though it is firmer and significantly more expensive. B2B buyers should select based on their target price point and the end-user's preference for realism versus maintenance.

The durability of a real doll depends on its internal metal skeleton. Ensure the supplier uses stainless steel or high-strength aluminum alloy joints with multi-axis flexibility (typically 28 to 50 points of articulation). This allows for a wide range of realistic posing without the skeleton poking through the 'skin.' Buyers should request load-bearing test reports to ensure the joints can withstand repeated positioning without mechanical failure.

Since these products have prolonged skin contact, compliance is non-negotiable. Products must be Phthalate-free and meet REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) standards for the EU market, or California Proposition 65 requirements for the US. Always request SDS (Safety Data Sheets) and RoHS certification for any integrated electronic components (such as heating elements or voice modules) to ensure they are free from hazardous substances.

Realism is defined by hand-painted detailing (veins, skin texture), implanted hair (mohair or human hair), and 3D eyeball depth. For B2B orders, it is advised to request a high-definition video inspection of a random production unit rather than relying on studio photos. Pay close attention to the seam lines (which should be minimal) and the softness gradient (dual-density filling) where the outer layer is soft but the inner layer provides structural firmness.

Adult products are subject to strict customs regulations that vary by country. Some regions may classify real dolls under 'adult novelties,' while others may have strict anti-obscenity laws that lead to seizures. It is vital to use discreet packaging and ensure the HS Code (typically 3926.90 or 9503.00) is declared accurately. Consult with a logistics provider experienced in adult goods on Made-in-China.com to navigate specific import restrictions in your destination country.

To protect consumer privacy and reduce theft risk, specify plain, unbranded outer corrugated boxes with no mention of the contents. For large-scale orders, sea freight with palletization is recommended to prevent deformation of the TPE/Silicone during transit. Ensure the supplier uses internal foam molding that matches the doll's shape to avoid 'flat spots' caused by prolonged pressure during long-haul shipping.

Given the high unit price of real dolls, always use secured payment terms such as Trade Assurance offered through reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com. This ensures your funds are protected until third-party inspection confirms the goods meet the agreed-upon specifications. Avoid direct wire transfers to new suppliers without a verified track record or factory audit report.

Many manufacturers offer OEM/ODM services for face sculpts and body types. For initial market testing, negotiate a mixed-model sample order rather than a high volume of a single SKU. Suppliers are often willing to lower the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) if you agree to use standardized internal skeletons while only customizing the external 'skin' or makeup styles.
