Rechargeable standing fan factory manufacturers

Buyers should prioritize Battery Capacity (mAh) and Battery Type (Lithium-ion vs. Lead-acid). Lithium-ion batteries are preferred for their longer lifespan and lighter weight. Additionally, verify the Continuous Working Time at different speed settings; a high-quality fan should offer at least 5-10 hours of operation on a single charge. Check the Motor Type, as Brushless DC (BLDC) motors are more energy-efficient, quieter, and durable than traditional motors.

For the European market, CE, RoHS, and LVD certifications are essential. For the US market, look for UL or ETL listing, especially for the charging adapter. Since these products contain batteries, they must comply with UN38.3 (Transportation Testing for Lithium Batteries) and have a valid MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) to ensure safety during shipping and usage.

Confirm if the fan supports AC/DC Dual Charging. Many modern factories offer Solar Panel Integration, allowing the fan to be charged via a 12V-18V solar input. Check the Charging Time; a standard unit should reach full capacity within 6-8 hours. Look for features like Overcharge and Over-discharge Protection to prevent battery degradation and fire hazards.

To differentiate your product, look for fans with USB Output Ports that act as a power bank for mobile devices. Other value-added features include Remote Control operation, LED Emergency Lighting, Multi-angle Oscillation, and Adjustable Height. For premium markets, Silent Operation (<45dB) and Variable Speed Modes (Natural/Sleep wind) are significant selling points.

Rechargeable fans are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) due to their batteries. You must ensure the supplier provides Proper DG Packaging and works with carriers experienced in handling Battery Shipments. Failure to provide the correct UN38.3 test reports can lead to customs seizures or heavy fines at the port of entry.

Request a 1% to 2% FOC (Free of Charge) spare parts allowance, focusing on high-wear items like PCBs, remote controllers, and charging cables. Insist on a Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI) by a third party to verify that the Battery Cycle Life and Airflow Volume (CFM) meet the agreed-upon specifications before final payment.

Focus on Audited Suppliers who have undergone on-site verification by independent bodies like SGS or TÜV Rheinland. Prioritize factories located in Guangdong Province (specifically Zhongshan or Foshan), as this region is the global hub for small appliance manufacturing, offering superior supply chain integration and competitive component pricing.

Utilize Secured Payment Services offered by platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released upon proof of shipment. Always sign a detailed Proforma Invoice (PI) that specifies the Battery Brand and Grade (Grade A is standard) to prevent the supplier from substituting inferior cells during mass production.
