Rubber doll sexy factory manufacturers

When sourcing from a factory, prioritize Medical-Grade TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) or Platinum-Cured Silicone. Silicone offers superior heat resistance and durability, while TPE provides a softer, more skin-like texture. Ensure the material is BPA-free, phthalate-free, and non-porous to prevent bacterial growth and ensure user safety.

The doll should feature a reinforced stainless steel or aluminum alloy skeleton with multi-axis articulated joints. This ensures the doll can hold various poses without the frame snapping. Ask the factory for the maximum weight capacity and the range of motion (degrees) for the neck, shoulders, and hips to ensure realistic functionality.

For the US market, products must comply with California Proposition 65 regarding lead and phthalate content. For the EU, REACH certification and CE marking (especially if the doll includes electronic heating or vibration functions) are essential. Always request SDS (Safety Data Sheets) from the manufacturer to verify chemical composition.

Professional factories on Made-in-China.com typically offer extensive customization, including head sculpts, eye colors, wig types, and skin tones. Advanced options include integrated heating systems, internal voice modules, and realistic skin textures (goosebumps/veins). Ensure the factory can provide 3D rendering services before mold production.

Utilize Secured Trading Services provided by Made-in-China.com to protect your payments. Always arrange for a third-party pre-shipment inspection (PSI) to check for surface defects, oily residue (common in low-quality TPE), and joint stability. Never wire full payments upfront to unverified suppliers.

Request neutral, double-layered corrugated box packaging with no mention of the contents to ensure privacy and prevent theft. For shipping, these items are heavy; Sea Freight (LCL/FCL) is the most cost-effective for bulk, but ensure the dolls are packed in custom-fit foam molds to prevent deformation during long-transit pressure.

Be aware that customs regulations vary significantly by country. Use the correct HS Code (typically 9503.00 or 3926.90). Avoid suppliers that use provocative imagery on outer cartons, as this can lead to customs seizures or legal issues in conservative regions. Consult with a professional customs broker to ensure the product description aligns with local decency laws.

Negotiate based on material weight and complexity of the skeleton. Factories often offer 10-20% discounts for orders exceeding 10 units. Inquire about 'naked doll' pricing versus full-set pricing (including clothes/wigs) to identify where you can save on assembly costs by sourcing accessories locally.
