Sex ball factory manufacturers

Safety is the most critical factor. You must ensure all products are made from medical-grade silicone, phthalate-free PVC, or TPE. Request RoHS and REACH certification to ensure the absence of heavy metals and hazardous chemicals. For the US market, compliance with California Proposition 65 is essential to avoid legal risks regarding chemical exposure.

Check for the IPX rating; an IPX7 rating is the industry standard for fully submersible products. For motorized items, inquire about the decibel level (should be <50dB) and battery cycle life. Request a factory inspection report or a video of the vibration and drop tests to ensure mechanical longevity.

Most professional factories on Made-in-China.com offer OEM/ODM services. You should confirm the MOQ for custom packaging (usually 500-1000 units) and the availability of laser-engraved logos. Ensure the supplier can provide die-cut templates for your designers and offers discreet prototyping to protect your intellectual property.

For electronic components, you must verify CE (EMC/LVD) and FCC certifications. If the product includes a lithium battery, a UN38.3 test report and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) are mandatory for air and sea freight compliance. Ensure the charging interface (USB-C is preferred) meets modern consumer expectations.

Adult products can be sensitive in certain jurisdictions. Use neutral descriptions on commercial invoices (e.g., 'Massager' or 'Silicone Crafts') and ensure discreet outer packaging without explicit imagery. Always check the import regulations of the destination country, as some regions have strict 'decency' laws that could lead to shipment confiscation.

Utilize Secured Trading Services on Made-in-China.com to protect your payments. Never wire full payments upfront; a standard 30% deposit and 70% balance after third-party inspection is recommended. Verify the supplier's 'Audit Reports' on the platform to confirm their factory's physical existence and production capacity.

Since these products contain lithium batteries, they are classified as 'Dangerous Goods' (DG). You should work with freight forwarders experienced in DG shipping. For small batches, specialized air couriers are fastest, but for bulk orders, sea freight with a DG declaration is the most cost-effective method. Ensure the factory provides proper battery insulation during packing.

Focus on volume-based pricing tiers. Start with a sample order to verify quality, then negotiate a price reduction of 5-10% for annual volume commitments. Ask for spare parts (e.g., extra charging cables or O-rings) to be included at no cost (usually 1-2% of the order volume) to handle potential after-sales defects without returning goods.
