Sex doll toy manufacturers

TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) is the most common material due to its soft, skin-like texture and cost-effectiveness, though it is porous and requires regular powdering. Silicone is non-porous, heat-resistant, and more durable, making it easier to sanitize, although it typically commands a higher price point and feels slightly firmer.

Ensure the doll features a reinforced stainless steel exoskeleton with multi-axis joints. This allows for a wide range of motion without metal fatigue. High-quality suppliers on Made-in-China.com provide skeletons that can support standing postures and withstand significant weight tension.

Products must be BPA-free and Phthalate-free to ensure skin safety. For the US market, compliance with California Proposition 65 is often required. For the EU, ensure the materials meet REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) standards to avoid customs seizures due to hazardous softeners.

Request high-definition videos of the hand-painted detailing (veins, skin texture) and the implanted hair/eyelash quality. Professional manufacturers offer customization options for eye color, makeup styles, and body measurements to cater to specific market demographics.

Check local regulations regarding 'obscenity laws' in the destination country. Use the correct HS Code (typically 9503.00 or 3926.90). Ensure the supplier provides discreet packaging—plain brown boxes with neutral labeling like 'Plastic Mannequin' or 'Medical Model'—to protect privacy and reduce theft risk.

Due to the weight (often 30kg-50kg), Sea Freight (LCL) is the most economical for bulk orders. For samples, Air Freight is faster but expensive. Ensure the doll is secured with custom-fit foam molding inside a thickened corrugated carton or wooden crate to prevent the internal skeleton from piercing the 'skin' during transit.

Utilize Secured Trading Services on Made-in-China.com to ensure payment is only released after shipping confirmation. Always request a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) to verify that the physical product matches the approved sample in terms of weight, height, and aesthetic finish.

Negotiate based on Annual Purchase Volume rather than single-order quantity to secure lower unit prices. Ask for spare parts kits (e.g., repair glue, extra cleaning tools, or replacement wigs) to be included for free, which adds significant value to your retail offering.
