Sex silicone doll price manufacturers

While both are common, Platinum-cured Silicone is the premium choice for B2B sourcing due to its superior durability, heat resistance, and non-porous nature, which prevents bacterial growth. Unlike TPE, silicone does not 'bleed' oil over time and maintains its structural integrity for 5-10 years. For high-end retail, ensure the silicone is medical-grade or food-grade to guarantee skin safety.

A high-quality doll must feature a stainless steel or reinforced aluminum alloy skeleton with multi-axis ball joints. This ensures the doll can hold complex poses without metal fatigue. Buyers should confirm the range of motion (ROM) for joints, particularly the neck, shoulders, and hips, and ensure the skeleton is shrouded in high-density foam to prevent the metal from piercing the silicone skin.

Products must comply with REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) and RoHS to ensure they are free from harmful phthalates and heavy metals. For the US market, compliance with California Proposition 65 is highly recommended. Always request Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) from the supplier to facilitate smooth customs clearance.

Focus on hand-painted detailing (vascularity, skin texture, and makeup) and the quality of the implanted hair vs. wigs. Professional suppliers on Made-in-China.com often provide EVT (Engineering Verification Test) samples. Check for seamless mold technology, as visible mold lines significantly reduce the retail value of high-end silicone dolls.

Request discreet, neutral packaging with no mention of the contents on the outer box to avoid social stigma or theft. To prevent deformation during long-transit sea freight, dolls should be shipped in custom-fitted foam molds within reinforced five-layer corrugated boxes or wooden crates. Ensure the supplier uses moisture-proof desiccant bags to prevent mold growth in humid shipping containers.

Some countries have strict obscenity laws or cultural restrictions regarding adult products. Buyers must verify the HS Code (typically 9503.00 or 3926.90) and local regulations. Avoid products that mimic minors, as this is globally prohibited and will lead to immediate seizure and legal action. Working with experienced exporters on Made-in-China.com helps ensure documentation aligns with 'anatomical models' or 'artistic mannequins' if appropriate.

Negotiate based on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), including the cost of replacement parts (extra heads, cleaning kits). For orders exceeding 10 units, aim for a 15-20% volume discount. Always insist on a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) by a third party to check for skin tears or skeletal defects, and use Secure Payment services to hold funds until the bill of lading is issued.
