Sex toy doll silicone manufacturers

While both are common, Silicone is superior for B2B buyers focusing on high-end markets. Silicone is non-porous, hypoallergenic, and heat-resistant, making it easier to sanitize and more durable over time. Unlike TPE, silicone does not 'weep' oil and has a higher tensile strength, which reduces the risk of skin tearing during use or cleaning.

Ensure the doll features a stainless steel or reinforced aluminum exoskeleton with multi-axis articulated joints. This allows for a wide range of motion without metal fatigue. For high-quality sourcing, specify EVO-skin technology or similar medical-grade coatings that mimic the matte texture of human skin and prevent dust accumulation.

Products must adhere to strict chemical safety standards. Ensure the supplier provides REACH (EU) or ASTM F963 (US) certification to prove the materials are free from phthalates, lead, and heavy metals. For electronic components (heating or vibration), CE, RoHS, and FCC certifications are non-negotiable to ensure electrical safety and prevent overheating.

Request high-resolution videos of the hand-painting process (makeup) and the implanted hair (rooting) rather than glued wigs. Check the shore hardness (durometer) of the silicone; a dual-layer design with a soft outer layer (Shore A 0-5) and a firmer inner core provides the most realistic tactile experience.

To avoid seizures or delays, ensure the HS Code (typically 9503.00 or 3926.90) is correctly applied. Use discreet packaging (plain brown boxes) and ensure the commercial invoice describes the items as 'Plastic Mannequins' or 'Art Models' if the destination country has conservative customs regulations. Always check the legality of adult imports in your specific target region.

Due to the weight (often 30kg-50kg), Sea Freight (LCL) is the most cost-effective for bulk orders. Ensure the supplier uses custom-fitted wooden crates or heavy-duty double-corrugated boxes with internal foam molding to prevent the internal skeleton from piercing the silicone skin during transit. For faster delivery, Air Freight is possible but requires volumetric weight calculation.

Utilize Secured Payment services provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released upon confirmation of shipment. Conduct a factory audit or hire a third-party inspector to verify the production capacity and hygiene standards of the facility before placing a large deposit.

Focus on MOQ flexibility for customization (e.g., custom eye colors or face molds). Negotiate for spare parts kits (extra skin repair glue, cleaning kits, and replacement joints) to be included at no extra cost. For orders exceeding 10 units, aim for a 15-20% discount compared to the sample price, and request OEM branding on the packaging to build your own brand equity.
