Sex vagina doll manufacturers

TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) is the most common material due to its soft, skin-like texture and cost-effectiveness, though it requires regular application of renewal powder to prevent oiliness. Medical-grade Silicone is more durable, heat-resistant, and easier to sanitize, but comes at a higher price point and feels slightly firmer.

Buyers should look for an EVO internal skeleton with stainless steel joints to ensure multi-angle flexibility and durability. Key features include integrated heating systems, intelligent voice interaction, and removable/washable parts to ensure hygiene and ease of maintenance for the end-user.

Products must comply with REACH (EU) or CPSC (US) standards regarding Phthalates and heavy metal content. Ensure the supplier provides SGS or Intertek material safety reports to confirm the materials are non-toxic and skin-safe, preventing allergic reactions or chemical leaching.

Request a load-bearing test video showing the skeleton's range of motion. High-quality dolls should support sitting and standing positions without the skeleton piercing the skin material. Ensure the joint screws are tightened to prevent 'limp' limbs after repeated use.

Use discreet packaging without explicit imagery or text on the outer carton. Declare the items under general HS codes such as 950300 (Plastic Toys/Models) or 392690 (Other Plastic Articles). Always check the local regulations of the destination country, as some regions have strict decency laws regarding life-like anatomical models.

Due to the weight (often 20kg-50kg), ensure the supplier uses reinforced five-layer corrugated boxes with custom-fit foam inserts. For bulk orders, palletizing is highly recommended to prevent the TPE material from being deformed by pressure during long-term sea freight.

Utilize Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading Service to ensure payment is only released after delivery. Conduct a factory audit or request a live video tour to confirm the supplier is a direct manufacturer rather than a trading company, which ensures better after-sales support for replacement parts.

Negotiate based on MOQ tiers; prices typically drop by 15-25% when moving from sample units to a 20ft container. Ask for free spare 'repair kits' (glue and material patches) and extra wigs or clothing sets to be included in the unit price to increase your retail margin.
