Silicone penis for woman manufacturers

You must ensure the supplier uses 100% Medical-Grade Silicone or Food-Grade Silicone. These materials are non-porous, hypoallergenic, and phthalate-free, which is critical for body-safe use. Avoid products labeled as 'jelly' or 'PVC' as they often contain harmful plasticizers. Request FDA or LFGB certification reports to verify material safety.

Focus on shore hardness (durometer); a rating of 20A to 30A typically provides a realistic, lifelike feel. If the product includes vibration, check the decibel level (should be <50dB) for discretion and the battery type (Lithium-ion rechargeable via USB is preferred). For suction-base models, ensure the suction strength is sufficient for smooth surfaces like glass or tile.

For the US market, compliance with California Proposition 65 (lead and phthalate limits) is essential. For the EU, products must meet CE and RoHS standards, especially if they contain electronic components. Ensure the manufacturer adheres to ISO 13485 (Medical Devices) or ISO 9001 quality management systems to guarantee batch consistency.

Look for an IPX7 rating, which means the product can be submerged in up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes. This is vital for both usage scenarios (like the shower) and hygienic cleaning, as it allows for thorough washing without damaging internal circuits.

Adult products are sensitive items. Ensure the HS Code (typically 9019.10 or 3926.90) is correctly declared. Use discreet packaging (plain brown boxes) and avoid explicit imagery on outer cartons to prevent seizures in conservative regions. Always check the local legality of adult goods in the destination country before shipping.

Focus on tooling costs and mold ownership if you are requesting custom designs (OEM). For wholesale, negotiate based on MOQ tiers; often, increasing an order from 500 to 1,000 units can reduce the unit price by 15-20%. Ask for 'Golden Samples' to be kept by both parties as a quality benchmark for the final mass production.

Utilize Trade Assurance services provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com to protect your payment until delivery is confirmed. Never wire full payments upfront to unverified accounts; a standard 30% deposit and 70% balance after third-party inspection (e.g., SGS or V-Trust) is the industry best practice.

For small to medium batches, Air Express (DHL/FedEx) is preferred for speed and tracking, usually taking 5-7 business days. For large bulk orders, Sea Freight (LCL/FCL) is more economical but requires a 30-45 day lead time. Ensure the supplier provides a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and a UN38.3 report if the products contain lithium batteries for air transport compliance.
