Silicone sex doll manufacturers

While both are common, Silicone is superior for B2B buyers focusing on the high-end market. Silicone is heat-resistant, non-porous, and hypoallergenic, meaning it does not leak oil or harbor bacteria like TPE. It offers a longer lifespan (5-10 years) and a more realistic skin texture, though it comes at a higher price point.

Focus on the internal skeleton (EVO or Stainless Steel). Ensure the joints have a high range of motion (multi-axis) to prevent the silicone from tearing during positioning. For the skin, look for medical-grade platinum silicone which ensures the product remains odorless and skin-safe over time.

Products must comply with REACH (EU) or ASTM/CPSC (US) standards regarding phthalates and heavy metals. Ensure the supplier provides RoHS and CE certifications for any electronic components (such as internal heating or voice modules) to avoid customs seizures.

Request high-definition videos of the hand-painted details (veins, skin pores, and makeup). High-quality manufacturers use multi-layer painting techniques that do not rub off. Check the eye quality (acrylic or glass) and the implanted hair (mohair or human hair) versus cheaper synthetic wigs.

Customs regulations for adult products vary significantly by country. Use discreet packaging (plain brown boxes) and ensure the HS Code (typically 9503.00 or 3926.90) is correctly declared. Avoid using sexually explicit imagery on the outer shipping labels to prevent import bans or moral-clause seizures in conservative regions.

Due to the weight (typically 30-50kg), Sea Freight (LCL) is the most cost-effective for bulk orders, while Air Freight is faster for samples. Ensure the doll is secured in a custom-fit foam mold within a reinforced wooden or double-walled cardboard crate to prevent structural deformation during long-transit pressure.

Always use Trade Terms that offer buyer protection, such as those found on Made-in-China.com. Conduct a factory audit or hire a third-party inspector to verify the product matches the sample before the final 70% payment is released. This prevents the 'bait and switch' of receiving TPE instead of Silicone.

Negotiate based on MOQ tiers. Suppliers often offer a 10-15% discount for orders exceeding 5-10 units. Instead of just pushing for lower prices, negotiate for free spare parts (extra wigs, cleaning kits, or repair glue) and extended warranties (1-2 years) on the internal skeleton.
