Silicone sex doll product manufacturers

While both are common, Platinum Cured Silicone is the premium choice for B2B buyers due to its superior durability, heat resistance, and hypoallergenic properties. Unlike TPE, silicone does not 'weep' oil, has a longer shelf life, and is much easier to sanitize, making it more suitable for high-end retail markets. Ensure the supplier uses medical-grade silicone to prevent skin irritation.

The doll should feature a stainless steel or high-strength aluminum alloy skeleton with multi-axis articulated joints. This ensures the doll can hold various poses without the frame snapping. Buyers should confirm the load-bearing capacity of the joints and ensure they are equipped with noise-reduction gaskets to prevent mechanical clicking during use.

To ensure safe entry into global markets, products must pass REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) and RoHS testing to ensure they are free from phthalates and heavy metals. For dolls with electronic heating or vibration functions, CE (Europe) or FCC (USA) certification is mandatory to verify electrical safety.

Focus on the hand-painted detailing (vascular veins, skin texture, and makeup). High-quality manufacturers use multi-layer skin tone technology. Request high-definition videos or unfiltered factory samples rather than relying on rendered marketing photos, as 'catfishing' with professional photography is a common industry risk.

Regulations vary significantly by country. Buyers must ensure the product design complies with local laws regarding decency and child protection (e.g., ensuring adult proportions). It is highly recommended to list the items as 'Life-size Mannequins' or 'Silicone Art Models' on customs declarations to facilitate smoother processing, provided this aligns with the specific HS Code (typically 9503.00 or 3926.90).

To protect consumer privacy and prevent theft, request plain, unbranded double-corrugated cardboard boxes with no mention of the contents. The internal structure should include custom-fitted EPE foam to prevent the heavy silicone body from shifting, which can cause 'pressure sores' or permanent deformation during long-term sea freight.

Always use Secured Payment services provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com. Avoid direct wire transfers to private accounts. Utilize Third-Party Inspection services (such as SGS or Intertek) to conduct a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) to verify that the weight, material, and features match the Proforma Invoice before the final balance is paid.

Focus on MOQ flexibility for head-sculpt variety. Instead of pushing for the lowest price, negotiate for free spare parts (such as extra wigs, repair kits, or clothing) and a 12-month warranty on the internal skeleton. For orders exceeding 10 units, aim for a 15-20% discount compared to the sample price, and request FOB (Free On Board) terms to maintain control over your shipping costs.
