Silicone sex love doll manufacturers

While TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) is cheaper and softer, Medical-Grade Silicone is the gold standard for B2B sourcing due to its superior durability, heat resistance, and hypoallergenic properties. Silicone dolls do not 'bleed' oil like TPE, have a longer shelf life (5-10 years), and are easier to sanitize, making them more suitable for high-end retail and rental business models.

Buyers must ensure products comply with REACH (EU) or ASTM F963 (US) standards to guarantee the absence of harmful phthalates and heavy metals. Since these products have prolonged skin contact, requesting a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and RoHS certification is essential to avoid customs seizures and consumer liability.

Look for an EVO or Stainless Steel articulated exoskeleton. A high-quality skeleton should offer multiple points of articulation (usually 28-52 joints), including shrugging shoulders and twisting wrists. Ensure the supplier uses locking joints to allow the doll to maintain complex poses without internal structural failure.

Request high-definition videos of the 'makeup' (face painting) and skin texture. Professional manufacturers use multi-layer vascular painting and implanted hair (mohair or human hair) rather than cheap wigs. For B2B orders, ask for a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) to check for mold lines, air bubbles in the silicone, and the integrity of the heating and voice modules if applicable.

To avoid unnecessary scrutiny or 'moral' blocks in certain jurisdictions, use neutral HS Code descriptions such as 'Plastic Mannequin' (HS Code 961800) or 'Soft Silicone Crafts'. Always check the specific import regulations of the destination country, as some regions have strict 'obscenity' laws that may affect clearance.

Ensure the supplier uses plain, unbranded double-corrugated boxes with reinforced wooden frames for bulk shipments. The internal packaging should include custom-fit EPE foam to prevent the silicone from deforming under its own weight during long-term sea freight. For high-value silicone dolls, temperature-controlled shipping is recommended if crossing tropical zones to prevent material softening.

Always utilize Secured Trading Services provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com. Never pay via untraceable methods like Western Union for initial orders. Use Escrow-based payments where funds are only released upon confirmation of the Bill of Lading (B/L) and quality verification.

Most professional manufacturers on Made-in-China.com offer an MOQ of 1-5 units for high-end silicone dolls. When negotiating for a private label (OEM), focus on custom head sculpts or unique skin tones. Request a sample head first (which is cheaper to ship) to verify the artist's skill before committing to a full-body bulk order.
