Stainless steel squat toilet manufacturers

Buyers should prioritize Grade 304 or 316 stainless steel. Grade 304 is the industry standard for corrosion resistance, while Grade 316 is essential for high-salinity or coastal environments. Ensure the thickness is at least 1.2mm to 1.5mm to prevent denting and ensure structural integrity under heavy foot traffic. A brushed or satin finish is often preferred over mirror finishes as it better hides scratches and water spots.

Look for anti-slip surface patterns (embossed or textured) to ensure user safety in wet conditions. The flushing system should be compatible with both high and low-pressure water supplies. Additionally, consider models with an integrated P-trap or S-trap to prevent sewer odors, and ensure the inlet and outlet diameters match the plumbing standards of the destination country (e.g., 4-inch outlets for the US market).

For international trade, verify that the supplier holds ISO 9001 certification for quality management. Products should ideally meet CE marking for the European market or CUPC/IAPMO standards for North America. From a hygiene perspective, ensure the design features seamless welding and rounded corners to prevent bacterial growth and facilitate easy cleaning.

Request load-bearing test reports; a high-quality stainless steel squat toilet should withstand at least 300kg to 500kg without deformation. Inquire about the internal reinforcement (such as sound-dampening pads or structural ribs) which not only increases strength but also reduces flushing noise, a key factor for installations in hotels or office buildings.

The main risks include material substitution (using Grade 201 instead of 304) and shipping damage. To mitigate this, use Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading services and insist on a chemical spot test or MTC (Material Test Certificate) before shipment. Ensure the packaging uses reinforced five-layer corrugated boxes with foam corner protectors to prevent scratching during sea freight.

For large projects, negotiate for customized dimensions or logo laser-etching, which many top-tier suppliers on Made-in-China.com offer for orders exceeding 50-100 units. If you are a first-time buyer, request a sample at a discounted rate to verify the welding quality and finish before committing to a full container load.

Stainless steel toilets are heavy and bulky; therefore, FOB (Free On Board) is usually the most cost-effective Incoterm for B2B buyers who have their own freight forwarders. Check the HS Code (typically 7324.90) to determine the specific import duties in your country. Ensure the supplier provides a Certificate of Origin to potentially benefit from preferential tariff rates under trade agreements.
