Used vans shoes exporters manufacturers

In the used footwear industry, quality is typically categorized into grades. Grade A (Cream Grade) should show minimal wear on the waffle sole, no holes in the canvas or suede, and intact inner linings. Grade B may show slight fading or minor sole wear but must remain structurally sound for resale. Always request a detailed grading protocol from the exporter to ensure their 'Grade A' aligns with your market standards.

Counterfeit Vans are common in the secondary market. Ensure the exporter performs checks on the heel tab logo (Off The Wall), the waffle sole pattern, and the internal size tag heat-press quality. For large B2B orders, prioritize exporters who provide certificates of authenticity or allow for third-party inspections at the sorting facility to mitigate the risk of receiving 'super-fakes'.

Professional exporters must provide fumigation certificates and evidence of professional cleaning/disinfection. The shoes should be deodorized and UV-treated to eliminate bacteria and fungi. Ensure the supplier uses eco-friendly cleaning agents that do not degrade the vulcanized rubber or cause the foxing tape to peel away from the canvas.

Vans are popular across all demographics. You should negotiate a specific size ratio (e.g., 40% Men’s US 8-11, 40% Women’s US 6-9, 20% Kids). Avoid 'blind bags' or unsorted bales where you might receive an excess of extreme sizes (very small or very large) that are difficult to liquidate in your local market.

Many countries have strict biosecurity and textile waste regulations. You must verify if your country requires a Health Certificate or a Sanitary/Phytosanitary (SPS) certificate. Failure to provide these can lead to customs seizure or mandatory destruction of the cargo at the port of entry.

Use secure payment methods and platforms like Made-in-China.com, which offer trade fulfillment security services. Avoid direct wire transfers to unverified accounts. For first-time bulk orders, utilize Escrow services where funds are only released after the Bill of Lading (B/L) is confirmed and the quality is verified by a local inspector.

Used shoes are typically packed in 25kg to 50kg bales or large sacks. To optimize costs, use Sea Freight (FCL or LCL). A 20ft container can usually hold about 300-350 bales. Ensure the exporter uses moisture-proof inner lining in the bales to prevent mold growth during the 30-45 day transit period in humid maritime conditions.

Pricing is usually based on weight (per kg) rather than per pair. Negotiate a lower price for mixed grades or a premium for 'sorted by model' (e.g., Old Skool, Sk8-Hi). For MOQs, start with a trial order of 10-20 bales to test the 'sell-through rate' before committing to a full container load.
