Wholesale 50 tvs cheap manufacturers

When purchasing budget-friendly 50-inch TVs, you must prioritize the Display Panel Type (LED vs. DLED) and Resolution (4K UHD is the current market standard). Ensure the Refresh Rate is at least 60Hz to avoid motion blur. For 'cheap' models, verify the Brightness levels (typically 250-300 nits) and Contrast Ratio to ensure the picture quality meets your market's expectations. Additionally, confirm the Smart OS (Android TV, WebOS, or basic Linux) to ensure app compatibility for end-users.

Compliance is non-negotiable for electronics. For the US market, ensure FCC certification and UL/ETL listing for safety. For the EU, CE marking, RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances), and ERP (Energy-related Products) directives are mandatory. If you are sourcing from Made-in-China.com, look for suppliers with ISO 9001 for quality management and CB certificates which facilitate easier certification in multiple countries.

Request a Bill of Materials (BOM) to see the brand of the mainboard and panel (e.g., BOE, LG, or CSOT). Conduct a Drop Test and Vibration Test report review to ensure the internal components can survive international shipping. It is highly recommended to hire a third-party inspection service to perform a Live Pixel Test (checking for dead pixels) and a High-Voltage Leakage Test on a random sample of 5-10% of the total order before final payment.

Even for wholesale 'cheap' TVs, the interface must be functional. Ensure there are at least 3 HDMI ports (including one HDMI ARC/eARC) and 2 USB ports. For global trade, verify the Tuner Type (DVB-T2 for Europe/Africa, ATSC for North America, or ISDB-T for South America) to ensure the TV can receive local broadcast signals without an external box.

The biggest risk is Panel Breakage due to improper handling. You must insist on Reinforced Export Packaging, including double-wall corrugated boxes, high-density foam (EPS/EPE) corner protectors, and wooden pallets for LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments. Always secure Marine Insurance that covers 'All Risks' to protect your investment against transit damage or loss.

Focus on Volume-Based Tiered Pricing. Instead of just asking for the lowest price, offer a Long-term Procurement Plan to show your value as a repeat buyer. Negotiate on the Spare Parts Ratio; standard practice for wholesale electronics is for the supplier to provide 1% to 2% FOC (Free of Charge) spare units or mainboards/power boards to handle local warranty claims, which is often more cost-effective than shipping units back for repair.

Use Secured Payment Terms such as Letter of Credit (L/C) for very large orders or Trade Terms via Made-in-China.com's escrow-like services to ensure funds are only released after the bill of lading is issued. Avoid 100% upfront payments; a standard 30% deposit and 70% balance against the Copy of Bill of Lading (B/L) is the industry norm for reputable suppliers.

Check the HS Code (typically 852872) for your specific country to calculate Import Duties and VAT/GST. Be aware of Anti-Dumping Duties that some regions (like the EU) may apply to televisions from specific origins. Ensure the supplier provides a Certificate of Origin (CO), such as Form E or Form F, which may allow you to benefit from Preferential Tariff Rates under Free Trade Agreements.
