Wholesale ladies chiffon blouse manufacturers

When sourcing chiffon, distinguish between Silk Chiffon (luxury, breathable) and Polyester Chiffon (durable, wrinkle-resistant). For wholesale, High-Twist Polyester Chiffon is preferred for its balance of cost and durability. Ensure the fabric weight is specified in GSM (Grams per Square Meter); a range of 70-100 GSM is ideal for blouses to ensure they are lightweight yet not overly transparent. Check for anti-static treatments to prevent the garment from clinging to the body.

High-quality chiffon blouses must feature French seams or overlocked edges to prevent the delicate fabric from fraying. Pay close attention to stitch density (10-12 stitches per inch) to ensure seam strength. For printed designs, verify the use of Digital Textile Printing for sharper patterns and better colorfastness (Grade 4 or higher). Ensure that buttons are cross-stitched and that spare buttons are included in the care label.

Suppliers must comply with REACH (EU) or CPSIA (US) regulations regarding lead content in buttons/zippers and the use of Azo-free dyes. All products must have a Fiber Content Label and Care Instructions (ISO 3758) translated into the destination country's language. For eco-conscious markets, prioritize suppliers with OEKO-TEX Standard 100 or GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certifications if using recycled polyester.

Request a detailed size chart including bust, shoulder width, sleeve length, and total length. Since 'Medium' varies globally, provide your own Tech Pack with specific measurements in centimeters. Demand a Pre-Production Sample (PPS) to verify the fit on a fit model. Ensure the supplier allows for a tolerance of +/- 1cm to 1.5cm in mass production.

Implement a Third-Party Inspection (TPI) such as DUPRO (During Production) or FRI (Final Random Inspection). Use the AQL 2.5/4.0 standard to determine acceptable defect levels. Never release the final 70% balance payment until the inspection report is approved. For reliable sourcing and verified manufacturer profiles, utilize Made-in-China.com to check the supplier's 'Audit Reports'.

Negotiate based on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just the unit price. Ask for tiered pricing (e.g., 500, 1000, 5000 units) to see where the economies of scale kick in. Discuss payment terms; a standard is 30% deposit and 70% against the Bill of Lading (B/L). For long-term partnerships, request free development samples for future seasons.

Chiffon is prone to wrinkling; specify GOH (Garment on Hanger) shipping for high-end lines or flat-packed in moisture-proof polybags for standard wholesale. Ensure the outer cartons are double-walled (5-ply) to prevent crushing. For small test batches, use Air Express (DHL/FedEx), but for bulk, Sea Freight (FCL/LCL) is necessary to maintain margins. Always clarify the Incoterms (FOB or CIF) before signing the contract.

Always conduct transactions through secure payment channels provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com, which offer escrow-like protection. Avoid direct transfers to private bank accounts. Ensure the Proforma Invoice (PI) clearly states the product specifications, lead time, and refund policy for defective goods.
