Wholesale sex dolls manufacturers

When sourcing wholesale, the choice between TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) and Silicone is critical. TPE is more cost-effective, has a softer, more realistic skin-like texture, and is highly porous, requiring diligent cleaning. Silicone is a premium material that is non-porous, hypoallergenic, and heat-resistant, offering superior durability and easier maintenance, though it is generally firmer and more expensive.

A high-quality doll must feature a stainless steel or reinforced aluminum alloy skeleton with multi-axis joints. This ensures the doll can hold various poses without the frame snapping. Buyers should confirm the range of motion (ROM) for the neck, shoulders, and hips, and ensure the skeleton is wrapped in high-density foam to prevent the metal from piercing the outer skin.

Safety is paramount. Ensure products are BPA-free and Phthalate-free to prevent skin irritation or toxicity. For the US market, compliance with California Proposition 65 is often required. For the EU, products must meet REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) standards and CE marking if the doll includes electronic heating or vibration functions.

Professional suppliers on Made-in-China.com offer extensive OEM/ODM services. Buyers can customize facial features (sculpts), eye color, hair type (wig vs. implanted), and skin tone. Additionally, options like built-in heating systems, AI voice modules, and standing feet (reinforced soles) should be negotiated during the sampling phase to differentiate your brand.

Regulations regarding adult products vary significantly by country. Buyers must research local customs definitions of 'obscene material' to avoid seizures. It is highly recommended to use discreet packaging (plain brown boxes) and ensure the Harmonized System (HS) Code is accurately declared (typically under 9503.00 for dolls or 3926.90 for plastic articles) to facilitate smooth transit.

Due to the weight (often 30kg-50kg) and fragility of the skin, dolls should be shipped in reinforced, double-walled corrugated boxes with custom-fit EPE foam inserts. For bulk wholesale, sea freight (LCL/FCL) is the most economical, but ensure the supplier uses moisture-proof desiccant bags inside the packaging to prevent mold growth during long transit times.

To mitigate risk, utilize Secured Trading Services provided by platforms like Made-in-China.com. Always request a factory audit report or a video inspection of the production line. For large orders, implement a 30/70 payment structure (30% deposit, 70% balance after passing a third-party pre-shipment inspection).

Most manufacturers allow a 1-unit sample at a higher price point. When negotiating for wholesale, aim for a tiered pricing model where the unit price drops significantly at 5, 10, and 50 units. Ask the supplier if the sample cost can be credited toward your first bulk order to reduce initial investment risks.
