Wholesale vibrators for woman manufacturers

When sourcing wholesale vibrators, the most important factor is body-safe materials. Ensure the supplier uses medical-grade silicone, which is non-porous and hypoallergenic. You must verify that products are phthalate-free, lead-free, and latex-free. Request ROHS and REACH certifications to ensure compliance with chemical safety standards, especially for products intended for the EU or North American markets.

Focus on motor quality and noise levels; high-quality units should operate at less than 50dB. Battery specifications are crucial—look for rechargeable Lithium-ion batteries with a capacity of at least 300mAh to 500mAh, providing 1-2 hours of continuous use. Additionally, check the waterproof rating, where IPX7 (submersible) is the industry standard for premium products.

Request a reliability test report covering button life cycles (usually 5,000+ presses) and battery charge-discharge cycles. For wholesale orders, it is advisable to conduct a drop test and a waterproof integrity test on samples. Ensure the supplier provides a defect rate guarantee of less than 1%, with a clear policy for replacing faulty units in bulk shipments.

Most professional manufacturers on Made-in-China.com offer private labeling (logo printing), custom Pantone color matching, and bespoke packaging design. For ODM, you can request modifications to vibration patterns (frequency modes) or ergonomic adjustments. Note that custom molds usually require a higher MOQ of 1,000 to 3,000 units.

Different countries have varying regulations regarding 'obscene materials.' Ensure the HS Code (typically 901910) is declared correctly as 'electronic massagers' to avoid customs delays. In some regions, FDA registration (for the US) or CE/EMC certification (for Europe) is mandatory. Always check if your target market requires specific medical device classifications.

Use Secured Trading Services on Made-in-China.com to protect your payment until the goods are shipped. Negotiate a 30% deposit and 70% balance payment after a successful pre-shipment inspection (PSI). For long-term partnerships, ask for exclusivity agreements in specific geographic regions to protect your market share.

Request neutral packaging (plain brown boxes) without explicit product descriptions on the outer carton to ensure privacy and reduce the risk of theft or customs scrutiny. For battery-operated goods, ensure the supplier provides a UN38.3 test report and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) to comply with international air and sea freight regulations for dangerous goods (lithium batteries).
