Yogurt filling and sealing machine manufacturers

When evaluating machinery, prioritize filling accuracy (typically ±1%) to minimize product waste and production capacity (cups per hour) to match your output requirements. Ensure the machine uses food-grade Stainless Steel 304 or 316L for all contact parts to prevent corrosion and maintain hygiene. Additionally, look for PLC control systems (e.g., Siemens or Omron) and touchscreen interfaces for precise operational control and easier troubleshooting.

The machine must support CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems to allow for thorough automated cleaning without disassembly. Verify that the equipment complies with CE certification for the European market or FDA-compliant materials for the US. Features like HEPA air filtration covers and UV sterilization lamps for cups and foils are critical for extending the shelf life of the yogurt by maintaining a sterile filling environment.

Common options include pre-cut foil sealing and roll-film cutting and sealing. Pre-cut foils are ideal for high-end branding and specific cup shapes, while roll-film is more cost-effective for high-volume production. Ensure the machine utilizes intelligent temperature control to provide a consistent, leak-proof seal, preventing oxidation and contamination during transport.

A high-quality machine should feature adjustable filling nozzles and piston pumps capable of handling both thin drinkable yogurt and thick Greek-style yogurt with fruit pieces. For versatility, choose a model with interchangeable molds, allowing you to switch between different cup diameters and shapes with minimal downtime, typically requiring less than 30-60 minutes for a full changeover.

Prioritize Audited Suppliers who have undergone on-site inspections by third-party institutions like SGS or TÜV Rheinland. Review their Business License, Export Experience, and specifically look for Factory Inspection Reports. It is highly recommended to request a live video walkthrough of the factory to see the yogurt filling machines in operation before finalizing the contract.

Clearly define the Warranty Period (ideally 12-24 months) and specify that it includes free replacement of non-wearing parts. Negotiate for the inclusion of a spare parts kit (seals, heaters, sensors) to avoid downtime. Ensure the contract stipulates FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) via video or third-party agent, where the machine is tested using your specific cups and yogurt samples before shipping.

Machinery must be packed in fumigated wooden cases with vacuum plastic wrapping and silica gel to prevent rust during sea transit. Confirm the Incoterms (e.g., CIF or DDP) to understand who bears the risk at each stage. For installation, verify if the supplier provides remote video installation guidance or if they can dispatch engineers for on-site commissioning, noting that the buyer usually covers travel and accommodation costs.

Utilize Secured Payment services offered by Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released based on agreed-upon milestones. Avoid paying the full amount upfront; a standard industry practice is a 30% deposit and 70% balance payment after successful FAT and before shipment. Always keep all communication and technical requirements documented within the official platform messaging system.
