52 lcd tv price manufacturers

When sourcing 52-inch LCD TVs, price is heavily influenced by Panel Type (IPS vs. VA), Resolution (Full HD vs. 4K), and Backlight Technology (LED vs. CCFL). Ensure the display offers at least 300-500 nits brightness for commercial use and a refresh rate of 60Hz or 120Hz to prevent motion blur. For B2B buyers, the MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) should be at least 50,000 hours to ensure long-term ROI.

Compliance is non-negotiable for customs clearance. For the US market, ensure FCC certification and UL listing for electrical safety. For the EU, CE marking, RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances), and ERP (Energy-related Products) directives are required. Buyers should also verify HDMI licensing to avoid intellectual property disputes at the border.

Standard Consumer-grade TVs are cheaper but designed for 6-8 hours of daily use. If the application is for Digital Signage or Hospitality, you must source Commercial-grade displays which feature heat dissipation systems, portrait mode support, and RS232 control ports. These typically carry a 20-40% price premium but offer significantly higher durability and specialized warranties.

Ensure the units include at least three HDMI 2.0 ports, USB media playback, and RJ45/Wi-Fi for smart functionality. For integration with central management systems, check for CEC (Consumer Electronics Control) and IP Control capabilities. If sourcing for the hotel industry, verify compatibility with Pro:Idiom or V-LAN management software.

LCD panels are highly fragile. You should mandate 5-layer corrugated export cartons with high-density EPE foam buffers. For bulk sea freight, require palletization with plastic wrap and corner protectors. It is highly recommended to purchase Marine Insurance (All Risks) and conduct a Drop Test (ISTA 1A/2A) before the goods leave the factory.

Focus on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just the unit price. Negotiate based on Volume Tiers (e.g., 100, 500, 1000 units) and ask for 1-3% spare parts (mainboards and power boards) to be included in the price. For long-term partnerships, request OEM/ODM customization such as logo silk-screening or custom boot-up screens as value-added services.

Always use Secured Payment services provided by Made-in-China.com to protect your funds until delivery. Before final payment, hire a third-party inspection agency (like SGS or Intertek) to perform a Full Function Test, checking for dead pixels (ISO 9241-307 standard), color uniformity, and high-voltage safety.

LCD TVs are often subject to Anti-Dumping Duties or specific HS Code (852872) tariffs depending on the country of origin and destination. Consult with a freight forwarder about FCL (Full Container Load) shipping to reduce the per-unit cost and minimize handling. Ensure the supplier provides a Certificate of Origin (CO) to take advantage of any applicable Free Trade Agreements (FTA).
