Agarbatti making machine price manufacturers

When sourcing an Agarbatti (incense stick) making machine, you must prioritize production capacity, typically ranging from 150 to 300 sticks per minute. Ensure the machine supports multiple stick diameters (e.g., 2.8mm to 5mm) and lengths. Look for high-grade hardened steel pistons and cylinders to resist the abrasive nature of incense paste. Additionally, verify the motor power (usually 1HP to 2HP) and ensure it features a variable frequency drive (VFD) for precise speed control.

B2B buyers should demand CE certification for electrical safety and ISO 9001:2015 for manufacturing consistency. It is critical to check for emergency stop buttons and protective shielding around moving parts. For the electrical components, prioritize machines using internationally recognized brands like Schneider or Siemens for PLCs and contactors to ensure long-term reliability and ease of part replacement.

There are three main categories: Manual machines are suitable for small-scale cottage industries or startups with low capital. Semi-automatic machines require manual stick feeding but automate the coating process, balancing cost and speed. Fully automatic high-speed machines are designed for industrial-scale production, featuring automatic feeder systems and integrated drying conveyors, ideal for exporters and large-scale distributors.

Regular maintenance is vital due to the dust-heavy environment. The piston and nozzle should be cleaned daily to prevent paste hardening. Lubrication of the main gears and bearings should occur every 48 hours of operation. Buyers should choose suppliers who provide a comprehensive toolkit and a one-year warranty on core components like the motor and gearbox.

To minimize risk, always use Secure Payment services provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com, which offer Escrow-based payment protection. Never wire full payments directly to private accounts. Additionally, hire a third-party inspection agency (like SGS or BV) to conduct a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) to verify the machine's functionality and build quality before it leaves the factory.

Focus on the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just the sticker price. Negotiate for spare parts packages (extra nozzles, pistons, and belts) to be included in the initial price, which can save 10-15% in future maintenance costs. For bulk orders of 5+ units, aim for a volume discount of 5-8%, and request FOB (Free On Board) terms to maintain better control over your shipping costs and logistics.

Agarbatti machines are heavy and contain magnetic motors; ensure the supplier uses seaworthy vacuum packaging and reinforced wooden crates (IPPC certified) to prevent rust and mechanical damage during sea transit. Verify the HS Code (typically 8479.89) with your local customs broker to determine precise import duties and VAT requirements in your country to avoid unexpected costs at the port.
