Atm card manufacturers

When sourcing ATM cards, you must prioritize ISO/IEC 7810 ID-1 standards for physical dimensions (85.60 × 53.98 mm). Ensure the cards utilize EMV (Europay, Mastercard, and Visa) chip technology to prevent cloning. Key materials should be high-quality PVC, PET, or Polycarbonate for durability. For the magnetic stripe, specify High Coercivity (HiCo) 2750-4000 Oe to ensure data longevity and resistance to external magnetic fields.

Verify that the supplier can implement OVDs (Optically Variable Devices) such as holograms, micro-printing, and UV fluorescent inks that are visible only under blacklight. The signature panel must be tamper-evident. Most importantly, ensure the manufacturer's facility is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant to guarantee that sensitive data handled during the pre-personalization phase is secure.

Request reports for torsion and bending tests to ensure the card does not crack under daily use. The chip-to-card adhesion strength must be tested to prevent the chip from falling out. Additionally, perform colorfastness and abrasion resistance tests on the printed graphics and the magnetic stripe to ensure the card remains functional and professional-looking for its typical 3-5 year lifespan.

Yes, suppliers on Made-in-China.com typically offer CMYK offset printing or silk-screen printing for brand alignment. You should confirm compatibility with your specific RHS (Reader-Host-System). If you require contactless (NFC) functionality, specify the chip type (e.g., FM11RF08 or Mifare series) and ensure the antenna design provides a stable reading distance of 2-10cm.

The biggest risk is data security breaches and intellectual property infringement. Always use encrypted channels to share artwork or data templates. Another risk is customs seizure if the cards resemble official bank cards too closely without proper authorization letters. Ensure you have a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the brand owner if you are printing specific logos.

Utilize Secured Trading Services on Made-in-China.com to ensure payment is only released upon confirmation of shipment. Negotiate a staged payment plan (e.g., 30% deposit, 70% after third-party inspection but before shipping). Demand a pre-production sample for physical approval before the mass production run begins.

ATM cards are sensitive to static electricity and extreme heat. Ensure the supplier uses anti-static packaging and vacuum-sealed moisture-proof bags. For high-value chip cards, use tracked air freight (DHL/FedEx/UPS) rather than sea freight to minimize the window of exposure to uncontrolled environments and to reduce the risk of theft during transit.

Check if the supplier has ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications. Look for the 'Audited Supplier' badge on Made-in-China.com, which indicates that a third-party inspection company (like SGS or Intertek) has verified their factory premises, production capacity, and business license.
