B breasts suppliers manufacturers

The primary material should be medical-grade silicone gel, which is hypoallergenic and mimics the natural weight and swing of human tissue. Ensure the outer film is made of high-strength polyurethane (PU) to prevent leakage. For B2B buyers, it is critical to verify that the material has passed skin sensitization and cytotoxicity tests to ensure long-term wearer safety.

Sizing in this category is not universal. You must request a detailed weight-to-size chart (e.g., a B cup typically ranges from 300g to 400g per piece depending on the shape). Professional suppliers should offer various profiles such as triangular, teardrop, or heart-shaped to fit different chest wall structures. Always request physical samples to calibrate your internal sizing standards before a bulk purchase.

For post-mastectomy use, prioritize forms with a concave back design or integrated ventilation channels to allow airflow against the chest wall. For cosmetic or cross-dressing use, look for self-adhesive backing options or 'integrated' styles that blend seamlessly with the skin. Ensure the edges are tapered (ultra-thin) to provide a natural transition under clothing.

As these are often classified as medical devices or intimate apparel, suppliers should ideally hold ISO 13485 (Medical Devices Quality Management). For the US market, FDA registration is often necessary, while the EU market requires CE marking and compliance with REACH regulations regarding chemical substances in plastics.

This is a common quality risk. Always demand a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and a Third-Party Inspection Report (such as from SGS or Intertek). On Made-in-China.com, prioritize Audited Suppliers whose production facilities have been physically verified. You can also use secured payment services to ensure funds are only released after the quality inspection is passed.

Suppliers usually offer a 15-25% discount for volumes exceeding 500 pairs. If you require customized packaging or private labeling, negotiate a 'staged MOQ' where the supplier stocks your branded boxes but ships the product in smaller batches. Always clarify if the quoted price includes customs clearance (DDP) or if it is strictly FOB (Free On Board) to avoid hidden logistics costs.

Silicone forms are sensitive to extreme pressure and sharp objects. Ensure the contract specifies individual molded blister packaging inside a rigid corrugated outer carton. For long-distance sea freight, request temperature-controlled storage or moisture-absorbent silica gel packs to prevent the PU film from degrading in high-humidity transit zones.

Check the HS Code (typically 9021.39) for your specific country to determine import duties. Be aware of anti-dumping regulations or specific medical import licenses required by your local health authority. Utilizing a professional sourcing assistant on Made-in-China.com can help you find suppliers experienced in navigating these specific regulatory hurdles.
