Bg328 grass cutter manufacturers

The Bg328 is a classic 30.5cc 2-stroke engine model. When sourcing, prioritize units with a high-quality carburetor (such as Ruixing or Walbro) and a durable ignition coil to ensure easy starting. The engine power should typically be around 0.81kW at 6000rpm. Additionally, verify the aluminum pipe thickness (minimum 1.5mm) and the drive shaft material (hardened steel) to prevent bending or snapping during heavy-duty use.

For European markets, CE certification and Euro V emission standards are mandatory. For the US market, EPA or CARB compliance is required. Ensure the supplier provides GS (Geprüfte Sicherheit) certification for mechanical safety and ISO 9001 for manufacturing consistency. Always request Noise Emission reports, as many regions have strict decibel limits for outdoor power equipment.

Request a sample and perform a continuous running test for at least 4 hours to check for overheating. Inspect the clutch assembly for smooth engagement and the gear case for heat dissipation. A high-quality Bg328 should feature a heavy-duty air filter to protect the engine from dust and a vibration-dampening handle system to reduce operator fatigue. Check if the fuel tank is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) to prevent leaks and chemical corrosion.

The Bg328 is a backpack-type brush cutter, ideal for sloped terrain, narrow orchards, and long-duration professional landscaping. Maintenance is critical: the fuel-to-oil ratio (usually 25:1 or 50:1) must be strictly followed. The spark plug should be cleaned every 25 hours, and the gearbox should be greased every 10-15 hours of operation to ensure longevity.

The biggest risk is engine quality inconsistency, where the sample performs well but bulk units use inferior pistons or cylinders. To mitigate this, use third-party inspection services to conduct a Random Sampling Test before shipment. Another risk is shipping damage to the long drive shaft; ensure the supplier uses reinforced honeycomb cardboard packaging or wooden crates for the shafts.

Focus on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just the unit price. Negotiate for a 1-2% spare parts kit (pistons, pull starters, spark plugs) to be included free of charge for after-sales support. For orders exceeding 500 units, aim for a 5-8% volume discount and request OEM branding/customized color schemes to differentiate your product in the local market.

Always utilize Secured Trading Services provided by Made-in-China.com to ensure payment is only released upon confirmation of shipping documents. Use Letters of Credit (L/C) for very large volumes to protect your capital. Ensure the Proforma Invoice (PI) explicitly states the engine brand, displacement, and warranty period (ideally 12 months).

Since the Bg328 consists of an engine unit and a long pole, they are often shipped in two separate cartons to optimize container space. Ensure the HS Code (typically 846789) is correct to avoid customs delays. For sea freight, confirm the CBM (Cubic Meter) calculation to maximize a 20GP or 40HQ container, as the poles are 'light cargo' that take up significant length.
