Cheap premier league jerseys manufacturers

Buyers should prioritize 100% polyester fabrics with a weight of 140-160 GSM. Look for moisture-wicking technologies (often referred to as 'Dry-Fit' style) and interlock mesh structures for breathability. Ensure the fabric has high colorfastness (Grade 4 or above) to prevent bleeding during washing.

Fan Versions typically feature embroidered logos and a looser fit, offering higher durability for retail. Player Versions (Authentic) use heat-pressed rubber logos, a slim-fit athletic cut, and laser-cut ventilation holes. Player versions usually command a 20-30% higher price point due to advanced technical fabrics.

For the US market, products must comply with CPSIA (especially regarding lead content in zippers/dyes). For the EU, REACH regulation compliance is mandatory to ensure no harmful azo dyes or phthalates are used. Always request OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification to guarantee chemical safety for skin contact.

A top-tier supplier should provide full sublimation printing, heat transfer vinyl (HTV) for names and numbers, and custom neck labels. Ensure they can handle official Premier League font styles and patches (e.g., sleeve sponsors) with precision. Low MOQ for customization (e.g., 10-50 pieces) is a sign of a flexible manufacturer.

This is the highest risk category. Avoid products with counterfeit brand logos (Nike, Adidas, Puma) or official club crests unless you have a licensing agreement. To stay compliant, source 'unbranded' teamwear or 'custom design' jerseys that mimic the color schemes without infringing on trademarks. Customs seizures are common for unauthorized replicas.

Negotiate based on volume tiers. For example, ask for a 15% discount when moving from 100 to 500 units. Also, negotiate on packaging costs—switching from individual branded boxes to polybags can significantly reduce both unit price and volumetric shipping weight.

Always use Secured Trading Services provided by Made-in-China.com. Never pay via untraceable methods like Western Union. Use Escrow-based payments where funds are only released upon confirmation of shipment and successful third-party pre-shipment inspection (PSI).

For orders under 100kg, Air Express (DHL/FedEx) is fastest but expensive. For bulk commercial orders, Sea Freight (LCL) is the most economical, though it takes 30-45 days. A middle ground is 'Special Line' air freight, which includes DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, simplifying customs clearance for the buyer.
