Chery side mirror price manufacturers

To ensure a perfect fit, you must verify the OEM Part Number (e.g., T15-8202010 for Tiggo models) and the pin configuration of the electrical connector (typically 3-pin, 5-pin, or 7-pin depending on functions like heating or power folding). Additionally, confirm the curvature of the glass (convex vs. flat) to meet the safety standards of your target market.

Basic manual mirrors are the most cost-effective, but mirrors with integrated LED turn signals, electric heating, and power-folding motors can increase the price by 40-60%. For high-end Chery models (like the Tiggo 8 Pro), ensure the mirror supports blind-spot detection (BSD) sensors, which significantly impacts the technical complexity and final quote.

For the European market, mirrors must carry the E-Mark (ECE R46) certification. For the U.S. market, compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) and FMVSS 111 is required. Always request ISO/TS 16949 or IATF 16949 certification from the supplier to ensure they follow strict automotive-grade quality management systems.

Genuine parts come in original Chery packaging with holographic labels and command the highest price. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts are made by the same factory but sold under the factory's brand, offering identical quality at a 20-30% discount. Aftermarket (Copy) parts are the most budget-friendly but require rigorous vibration and salt spray testing to ensure the plastic housing doesn't fade or crack.

Automotive mirrors are fragile. You should mandate 5-layer corrugated export cartons with custom-fit EPE foam inserts for each unit. For bulk sea freight, insist on palletization with shrink wrap and edge protectors to prevent crushing. On Made-in-China.com, you can request a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) to verify packaging integrity.

Negotiate based on Annual Purchase Volume (APV) rather than single orders. Suppliers are often willing to offer a 5-10% discount if you commit to a recurring schedule. Also, clarify if the price includes painting (color-matched) or if they are primed (black); sourcing primed mirrors in bulk and painting them locally can often reduce Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

Always use Secured Payment services provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released upon proof of shipment. Before transferring large sums, verify the supplier's Business License and check if they are a 'Diamond Member' or 'Audited Supplier' to confirm their physical existence and export history.

Automotive parts often fall under specific HS Codes (e.g., 7009.10 for rear-view mirrors). Check your local Customs Tariff schedule as some countries impose anti-dumping duties on Chinese auto components. For small batches, Air Express (DHL/FedEx) is fast but expensive; for sustainable margins, LCL (Less than Container Load) sea freight is recommended for orders exceeding 1 cubic meter.
