Chery tiggo parts price manufacturers

The most critical step is to verify the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) part numbers against the vehicle's VIN (Vehicle Identification Number). Since the Chery Tiggo series (Tiggo 3, 5, 7, 8, and Pro versions) has undergone numerous facelifts, parts like headlights, bumpers, and engine sensors may vary by production year. Always request the supplier to provide technical drawings or high-resolution photos of the interface/connector pins to ensure a 100% match with the target vehicle model.

Parts are generally categorized into three tiers: Genuine Parts (original packaging, highest price), OEM/Aftermarket Parts (produced by the same factories but branded differently, mid-range price), and Replacement/Copy Parts (third-party manufacturers, lowest price). For critical components like timing belts, brake pads, and fuel injectors, it is highly recommended to source OEM or Genuine quality to ensure vehicle safety and longevity. For non-functional items like trim pieces or floor mats, high-quality aftermarket options offer the best cost-efficiency.

Suppliers should ideally hold IATF 16949 certification, which is the international standard for automotive quality management systems. Depending on the destination market, parts may need specific markings: E-mark (ECE) for Europe, DOT for the United States, or GCC for the Middle East. Ensuring these certifications helps avoid customs seizures and ensures the parts meet local road safety regulations.

Request material composition reports (e.g., aluminum alloy grade for wheels) and performance test results such as salt spray tests for anti-corrosion or fatigue tests for suspension components. For engine parts, ask for clearance specifications and heat resistance ratings. A reputable supplier on Made-in-China.com should be able to provide third-party inspection reports from agencies like SGS or Intertek to validate these claims.

The primary risks include shipping damage to fragile items (like windshields or large body panels) and incorrect fitment. To mitigate this, use reinforced wooden crate packaging for bulky items and implement a strict sample approval process before proceeding to mass production. Additionally, be wary of 'too-good-to-be-true' prices, which often indicate substandard materials that could lead to premature part failure.

Focus on tiered pricing models; for example, a 50-unit order may be 15% cheaper than a 10-unit order. If you are a repair shop or small distributor, look for suppliers on Made-in-China.com that offer mixed-container loading, allowing you to purchase small quantities of various SKUs (e.g., filters, spark plugs, and gaskets) to meet the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) while maintaining a diverse inventory.

Utilize Trade Assurance services provided by platforms like Made-in-China.com to protect your payment until delivery is confirmed. For shipping, Sea Freight is most economical for heavy engine blocks or body kits, while Air Freight is better for high-value, lightweight electronics. Ensure the Incoterms (e.g., FOB or CIF) are clearly defined in the contract to establish who is responsible for insurance and local customs clearance.

Stay informed about anti-dumping duties or specific tariffs on Chinese automotive exports in your country. Some regions offer preferential tariffs under Free Trade Agreements (FTAs). Always ask your supplier to provide a Certificate of Origin (CO), which can significantly reduce import duties at your local customs office.
