Cpu water cooler manufacturers

When sourcing CPU water coolers, prioritize Radiator Size (120mm, 240mm, 360mm) to ensure compatibility with the target market's PC cases. Evaluate the Pump Speed and Lifespan, typically rated in hours (e.g., MTTF ≥ 50,000 hours). For high-performance needs, check the TDP (Thermal Design Power) rating to ensure it can handle high-end processors (e.g., 250W+ for 360mm units). Additionally, verify the Cold Plate Material, where Micro-channel Pure Copper is preferred for superior heat transfer compared to aluminum.

Suppliers must provide Universal Mounting Kits that support both Intel (LGA 1700/1200/115X) and AMD (AM4/AM5) platforms. For enterprise-grade sourcing, confirm if the bracket design allows for Tool-free Installation, which reduces assembly time for system integrators. Always request a Compatibility List updated for the latest processor generations.

To ensure safety and market access, products must carry CE, FCC, and RoHS certifications. Since these units contain liquid, Leak-proof Technology (such as automated pressure testing during production) is critical. Look for suppliers who offer UL or TUV certification for the fans and pumps to guarantee electrical safety and electromagnetic compatibility.

All-in-One (AIO) Liquid Coolers are the standard for Gaming PCs and Workstations due to their ease of installation and maintenance-free nature. Open-loop components are suited for High-end Enthusiast Markets and custom liquid cooling builds. For Data Centers or Industrial PCs, focus on High-Static Pressure Fans and industrial-grade pumps designed for 24/7 continuous operation.

The biggest risk is Liquid Leakage during transit due to pressure changes or rough handling. Ensure the supplier uses Reinforced EPDM or FEP Tubing with braided sleeves. For shipping, verify that the Coolant Composition is non-flammable and non-toxic to comply with International Air Transport Association (IATA) regulations for liquid cargo.

Prioritize Audited Suppliers who have undergone on-site inspections. Review their R&D capabilities—top-tier manufacturers often hold patents for Pump-in-Radiator designs or unique Anti-leak valves. Request a Factory Inspection Report focusing on their Hydrostatic Pressure Testing line to ensure every unit is leak-tested before packaging.

Negotiate based on Tiered Pricing; for example, a 15-20% discount is typical when moving from 100 units to 1,000 units. If you are a startup, look for suppliers offering Low MOQ (e.g., 10-50 units) for neutral packaging, while requesting OEM/Custom Logo services for orders exceeding 500 units to build your own brand equity.

Due to the weight of the radiators and the sensitivity of the pumps, use Palletized Shipping for bulk orders to minimize vibration. Ensure the packaging includes High-density EPE foam rather than standard bubble wrap. For customs clearance, ensure the HS Code (typically 8473.30) is correctly declared to avoid tariff penalties or delays.
