Decorative metal wall painting manufacturers

Buyers should prioritize 304 Stainless Steel or High-Grade Aluminum for rust resistance, especially in humid environments. For luxury segments, ensure the thickness is at least 1.2mm to 2.0mm to prevent warping. If the product uses iron, it must undergo electrophoretic painting or powder coating to ensure long-term anti-corrosion performance.

Look for PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) vacuum plating for a premium metallic luster (gold, rose gold) that won't fade. For intricate designs, Laser Cutting ensures precision edges, while UV Printing or Hand-Painted Enamel adds depth. Ensure the finish has an Anti-Fingerprint coating to reduce maintenance in high-traffic commercial areas.

Products must comply with REACH or RoHS directives to ensure the coatings are free from heavy metals like lead or cadmium. For the US market, ensure compliance with California Proposition 65. Additionally, verify that the mounting brackets are load-tested to support at least 200% of the product's weight to prevent falling hazards.

Request high-definition videos of the welding points and edge grinding. High-quality pieces should have seamless joints and smooth, deburred edges to prevent injury during installation. Ask for a Cross-Cut Tape Test report to verify the adhesion strength of the paint or plating.

Metal paintings are prone to bending and scratching. Insist on 5-layer corrugated export cartons with EPE foam corner protectors and vacuum-sealed plastic wrap. For large-scale pieces, a plywood crate (fumigation-free) is mandatory to prevent structural deformation during sea freight handling.

Focus on Tiered Pricing based on volume; for example, a 15-20% discount is typical when moving from sample size to a 20GP container load. Negotiate for OEM/ODM customization (like logo engraving) to be included in the unit price for orders exceeding 200 pieces. Always request a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) clause in the contract.

Utilize Secured Trading Services on Made-in-China.com to hold payments until shipping documents are verified. Clearly define the Acceptable Quality Level (AQL 2.5/4.0) in the Proforma Invoice. Ensure the supplier provides a Certificate of Origin (CO) to help you benefit from potential Preferential Tariff Rates under specific trade agreements.

For items exceeding 120cm, air freight costs escalate significantly due to volumetric weight. Sea Freight (LCL or FCL) is the most economical method. Ensure your freight forwarder is experienced in non-stackable cargo handling to avoid heavy items being placed on top of your decorative pieces.
