Dynapac spare parts manufacturers

When sourcing spare parts for Dynapac road construction equipment, you must prioritize Part Number Accuracy to ensure compatibility with specific models like the CC or LG series. Key specifications include Material Grade (e.g., high-wear resistant steel for drum scrapers), Hydraulic Pressure Ratings for pumps and motors, and Dimensional Precision to prevent mechanical failure. Always request OEM-equivalent specifications if purchasing aftermarket parts to ensure they meet the original equipment's performance benchmarks.

Wear parts are critical for soil compactors and pavers. You should verify the Shore Hardness of buffer rubbers to ensure optimal vibration dampening and check for Heat Resistance in asphalt-contact components. For scrapers, look for Polyurethane or High-Carbon Steel options depending on the application. It is highly recommended to ask for Material Test Reports (MTR) and Hardness Testing results to validate that the parts can withstand the rigors of heavy-duty construction environments.

A professional supplier should ideally be certified under ISO 9001:2015 for quality management systems. For critical engine or hydraulic components, check for CE Marking or compliance with EU Stage V / US Tier 4 Final emission standards if the parts affect the engine system. Furthermore, ensure the supplier provides a Certificate of Conformity (CoC) to guarantee that the parts meet the technical requirements of the international construction machinery market.

Dynapac parts are primarily used in Road Construction, Soil Compaction, and Paving Operations. Maintenance cycles vary: Filters and Lubricants should be replaced every 250-500 hours, while Hydraulic Components and Wear Plates require inspection every 1,000 hours. Sourcing from suppliers who offer Maintenance Kits (Service Kits) can reduce downtime by providing all necessary seals, gaskets, and filters in a single package.

To avoid 'fake' OEM parts, perform a Supplier Audit via video call to inspect their warehouse and stock levels. Use Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading Services to protect your payment until the goods are verified. Request High-Resolution Photos of the packaging, laser-engraved part numbers, and brand logos before the final balance is paid. For high-value components like hydraulic pumps, consider hiring a Third-Party Inspection (TPI) service like SGS or Intertek to conduct a pre-shipment inspection.

Negotiation should focus on Volume-Based Pricing; for example, ordering a full container of mixed wear parts can often yield a 10-20% discount compared to LCL (Less than Container Load) orders. Regarding lead times, clarify the difference between 'In-Stock' and 'Production Lead Time'. For urgent repairs, negotiate for Air Freight for small critical parts while using Sea Freight for heavy items like drums or eccentric weights to balance cost and speed.

Spare parts are often heavy and oily, requiring Fumigated Wooden Crate Packaging to comply with international shipping standards (ISPM 15). Ensure the supplier provides an accurate HS Code (typically 8474.90 for machinery parts) to avoid customs delays and incorrect duty applications. If shipping to regions with strict environmental laws, ensure the parts are Cleaned of Residual Industrial Oils and accompanied by a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) if they contain chemicals or pressurized gases.

Always utilize Escrow-based payment systems provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released upon proof of shipment. Clearly define the Warranty Period in the Proforma Invoice (PI)—standard industry practice for aftermarket parts is 6 to 12 months. Ensure the contract includes a Defective Goods Clause, specifying that the supplier is responsible for the cost of replacement and shipping if the part fails due to manufacturing defects within the warranty period.
