Foton air dryer manufacturers

When selecting an air dryer for Foton commercial vehicles, you must verify the operating pressure (typically 8.0 to 12.0 bar) and the thread interface size (e.g., M22 x 1.5) to ensure perfect fitment. It is critical to choose units with integrated pressure regulator valves and high-efficiency desiccant cartridges that can filter oil aerosols and water vapor effectively to prevent brake system corrosion.

B2B buyers should prioritize suppliers who hold IATF 16949:2016 certification, which is the global standard for automotive quality management systems. Additionally, ensure the product complies with ISO 9001 and check if the components meet OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications for Foton models like Auman, Aumark, or Ollin to guarantee road safety and durability.

A premium air dryer should offer a service life of at least 100,000 to 150,000 kilometers under normal operating conditions. Key performance indicators include a regeneration efficiency of over 90% and the ability to operate in extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C. Look for housings made of die-cast aluminum with anti-corrosion coating to withstand harsh road environments.

Yes, many professional manufacturers on Made-in-China.com offer OEM/ODM services. You can request customization for heating elements (24V) to prevent freezing in cold climates, or specify branded packaging for aftermarket distribution. Ensure the supplier provides technical drawings (CAD/PDF) for confirmation before mass production.

To avoid low-quality imitations, always request a factory audit report or a video inspection of the production line. Use the Audit Supplier reports available on Made-in-China.com to verify the supplier's business license and manufacturing capabilities. Always order a sample for laboratory testing of the desiccant material and valve pressure settings before committing to a bulk purchase.

For Foton air dryers, the MOQ typically ranges from 10 to 50 units. To secure better pricing, propose a staggered purchasing plan or a long-term supply agreement. Negotiate for tiered pricing where the unit cost drops by 5-10% for orders exceeding 500 units. Ensure that the quoted price includes export-standard pallet packaging to prevent damage during sea freight.

Air dryers are relatively heavy; therefore, Sea Freight (LCL or FCL) is the most cost-effective method for bulk orders. Ensure the supplier provides a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) if the desiccant is classified under specific chemical regulations in your country. For urgent needs, Air Freight is viable but will significantly increase the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

Utilize Secured Trading Services provided by Made-in-China.com to protect your payment until the goods are shipped.
