Full sized sex doll manufacturers

Choosing the right material is critical for durability and realism. TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) is softer, more porous, and generally more cost-effective, making it ideal for entry-level B2B inventory. However, Medical-Grade Silicone is superior in terms of heat resistance, longevity, and hygiene, as it is non-porous and easier to sanitize, which is a key selling point for high-end retail markets.

A high-quality full-sized doll must feature an EVO or Stainless Steel internal skeleton with multi-axis joints. Ensure the supplier guarantees range of motion (ROM) that mimics human flexibility without compromising the integrity of the outer skin. For B2B buyers, verifying the load-bearing capacity of the joints is essential to prevent mechanical failure during shipping or use.

Safety compliance is non-negotiable to avoid customs seizures. Products must be Phthalate-free and comply with REACH (EU) or ASTM F963 (US) standards. Ensure the supplier provides SGS or Intertek lab reports confirming the materials are skin-safe and non-toxic, particularly for items involving prolonged skin contact.

Request high-resolution photos of the head sculpt and makeup (implanted eyebrows/eyelashes). Professional suppliers on Made-in-China.com often offer 3D scanning technology for realistic body proportions. For bulk orders, prioritize manufacturers that offer customization options for eye color, wig styles, and skin tones to diversify your product portfolio.

Customs regulations for adult products vary significantly by country. It is vital to use discreet packaging and ensure the HS Code (typically 9503.00 or 3926.90) is correctly declared. Always consult with a freight forwarder experienced in 'sensitive goods' to navigate import restrictions in regions with strict decency laws.

When negotiating, focus on Sample-to-Bulk credit: ask the supplier to deduct the sample cost from your first container order. Given the high weight of full-sized dolls, negotiate FOB (Free On Board) terms to maintain control over sea freight costs, and insist on a Quality Assurance Agreement that defines acceptable 'oil leakage' levels for TPE products.

Utilize Secured Payment services provided by Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released upon proof of shipment. For large-scale procurement, hiring a third-party inspection agency (like V-Trust or QIMA) to perform a 'During Production Check' (DUPRO) is highly recommended to verify the internal frame stability before the skin is poured.

Due to the weight (typically 30kg-50kg) and fragility of the internal frame, Sea Freight with reinforced wooden crates is the most economical and safest method. Ensure the doll is secured with foam inserts and a suspension system within the box to prevent 'flat spots' on the TPE/Silicone skin during long-duration transit.
