Jinma 304 tractor with front end loader manufacturers

The Jinma 304 is a 30HP 4WD tractor, typically powered by a 3-cylinder or 4-cylinder diesel engine (such as the Laidong or Jiangdong brands). Buyers must confirm the PTO (Power Take-Off) speed, usually 540/1000 rpm, to ensure compatibility with existing implements. Additionally, verify the hydraulic output flow rate to ensure the Front End Loader (FEL) operates smoothly without lag.

Focus on the lifting capacity (typically around 400kg-600kg for this model) and the maximum lift height. Ensure the loader features a Quick Hitch/Quick Attach system (like the Euro-hitch) for easy switching between buckets, pallet forks, or hay spears. Check for reinforced pivot points and the presence of grease nipples on all moving joints to ensure long-term durability.

For the North American market, ensure the engine meets EPA Tier 4 emissions standards. For the European market, CE certification and Stage V emissions compliance are mandatory. Crucially, the tractor must be equipped with a ROPS (Roll-Over Protective Structure) that is certified to OECD or OSHA standards to ensure operator safety during agricultural tasks.

The Jinma 304 with an FEL is ideal for small-to-medium scale farming, landscaping, and hobby farms. Its compact size allows for maneuverability in orchards and greenhouses, while the 4WD capability makes it suitable for snow removal, light grading, and material handling on uneven terrain.

Always request a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI). You should hire a third-party agency to conduct a functional test video showing the tractor starting from cold, the hydraulic arms lifting at full capacity, and the PTO engaging. On platforms like Made-in-China.com, prioritize Audited Suppliers who provide comprehensive factory inspection reports.

Negotiate based on spare parts packages rather than just the unit price. Request a 'wear-and-tear' kit including filters (oil, air, fuel), fan belts, and hydraulic seals to be included in the container. For bulk orders (3+ units), aim for a 5-10% discount or an upgrade to multi-way hydraulic valves at no extra cost.

Tractors are often shipped via 40HC containers in a 'SKD' (Semi-Knocked Down) state to save on freight costs. Ensure the supplier uses professional steel crating to prevent shifting during sea transit. Confirm the Incoterms clearly; CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) is common, but FOB (Free On Board) gives you more control over the shipping timeline and local port fees.

Since returning a tractor is logistically impossible, verify that the supplier provides English-language technical manuals and wiring diagrams. Confirm if they have a digital parts catalog. Establish a clear agreement that replacement parts under warranty will be sent via international express (DHL/FedEx) at the supplier's expense to minimize downtime.
